I know he is a somewhat mentioned charactor but I have not heard or seen him in sometime. Is he just in marvel limbo at the moment?

He's been in the last 2 issues of Ms Marvel - involved with Arachne (Julia Carpenter).

Although, oddly, he doesn't look blind anymore.

Doesn't he have the tatoo of kali over his eyes,forehead? Unless they removed that to allow him to see.

To be honest I am surprised ms. marvel could capture him,he isn't exactly weak...he does have some nifty powers.

Oops, could have been a tatoo. But honestly, I wouldn't even know where to look to find out. Was it in Spider-Woman? (I could always Google. Maybe I will.)

I actually thought he was going to be Daredevil after Matt got thrown in jail. This character is pretty kick ass but we haven't seen him in anything huge.
