From looking at the photos, I'm guessing she has a condition like an ex of mine had. The ex called it "Slope back." It's an excessive curving of the spine.

In essence, she has a pretty decent butt, but if the spinal posture were corrected, it wouldn't be as "wow!" as it is.

She may also be looking at the elderly "hunch" in her declining years.
