Fallen Angel, the Peter David comic about what his Supergirl could've maybe become. (Not Fallen Angels, the Marvel mini about mutants in space.)

DC had already done one trade. I was unaware they'd done another. The series ran for twenty or so issues before it was cancelled. Then, a few years later, it moved to IDW. It's about Bete Noire, a pretty dark city, and Lee, it's protector. Great art by David Lopez. Near the end, it featured Sachs & Violens, some old characters created by PAD and George Perez. I've found quite a few issues in quarter bins. I'd suggest checking them out if you're into Peter David.

Uh.... Are you sure you aren't looking at an IDW collection of the series? Last I checked, DC only did two collections.

DC really needs to finish out this series in trades. It shouldn't take more than one, if I remember correctly.
