The Official XBox Magazine has confirmed that Huntress will be an unlockable character in the new Justice League Heroes game for XBox. Rumors are also reporting that the game will be forwards compatible and play on 360 (however no official word on that has been released)

Glad to hear about the forward compat. thing, b/c it just ticks me off that I won't get to play Halo 3. That's just rude.

Thats totally diff, this is a XBox game that is supposedly going to play on the 360 the day it comes out. It is impossible to make a next gen game that can play on an older system. The technology is just too different. It has nothing to do with rudeness or trying to force you to upgrade. The XBox just cant handle the amount of data on a 360 game.
