1) Rogue (especially XTAS version and Jim Lee rendition)
just about everything of her image is sexy.

2) Betsy Braddock - whether in her original British body or Asian body

3) Jean Grey and Dr. Moira MacTaggert

5) Heather Cameron - okay, so she's not A-list but she's attractive.

1) Gambit - the scoundrel with a heart of gold, no wonder a lot of women like him.

-his extreme agility and hand-to-hand combat fighting skills would make any girl swoon when watching him ( the silent issue of XXM)

2) Warren Worthington III - especially during the 1990s when he was with Psylocke

Rogue for example has tons of sex appeal as a comic book character but I feel that the white streak in her hair may cause more eyebrows to raise with "Huh?" rather than "Oh ya!!"

The same could be said for Psylocke, with her purple hair.

That being said, and ignored, I'd argue these two being voted sexiest for the X-Women.

As for the sexiest men, I think Gambit's look would scare people in reality. His eyes and sort of shaggy, shady appearance?

Though he certainly has a sexy quality to him, in the X-World.
I think Colossus translates in both though. Big, beefy, protector with an accent.

That depends of one's preferences and likings. Women with radical hairstyles, or looks in general, will put off a good deal of men, but a certain number will not only be interested, but drawn to such ladies more than to those with "ordinary" outlook. If you ask them why do they find such eccentricities appealing (and I did have the opportunity to ask, more than once), they mostly say that such women give the impression of, er, uninhibited persons who tend not to follow any rules but their own, and to a certain percentage of men, that seems to be quite a turn-on. At least they say so, and I like to believe them.
Same goes for shaggy, shady, or otherwise unusual male appearance. Most girls will huff, a part will be drawn to them like moths to flame. I happen to know, because I always fall for guys who, in one way of another, inside or with their looks, fall well out of the "ordinary" category, and I don't mean their beauty ranking.
