Marvel Team-Up is a lot of fun. And I'm enjoying Beyond, though I think reviews are mixed.

You may be better off just getting both in trades.

marvel team-up is my favorite marvel title right now, and it's completley self contained as well witha fast moving, action packed storyline full of intreesting subplots and characters that you don't expect to see show up.

I love Beyond myself, but I quit MTU after the Legion of Losers wrapped and it finishes with the next issue (#25).

I'd recommend the first trade of MTU and maybe wait for the Beyond trade.

i like Marvel Team-Up. if you can get past the art, Beyond is kind of fun too. actually, that goes for both of them; in a way.

The art of Marvel Team-Up went downhill when Scott Kolins left. Beyond is pretty good. It is a worthy sequel to Secret War(s) and should be subtitled Secret War(s) 3. It also strikes me as having a sort of "Lost" vibe to it.

Marvel Team-Up is good, but the second trade (issues 7-13) lost a little 'oomph.' Kirkman fields a lot of characters in those issues, but doesn't really USE them. Still, throughout the book the character interactions are priceless.

Beyond is a great miniseries so far. Definitely worthy of the moniker Secret Wars III. Like MTU, it's packed with classic comic book FUN and great character interactions. I love how McDuffie portrays Hank Pym and his powers. And it's only six issues so it's easy on the wallet.

Is it just me or has Marvel been batting a thousand with all their miniseries lately?

MTU is ok. I wouldnt go back and buy any issues or the trade yet though. Since it is getting cancelled, it wont be long before you see issues pop up in quarter bins.
