Grown-up Franklin: Spoil This Ending for Me!

I'll probably never get around to hunting up the conclusion to the FF storyline about the grown-up Franklin Richards (back in Tom deFalco's era, I think), which I've only seen in scattered quarter-box issues.

How was this plotline resolved?

Well... he was. That book was right before FF stopped because of Onslaught and was then re-launched under the Heroes Reborn event by Loeb and Lee. I think you're talking about stuff that happened around 375, give or take.
