I don't know about recently, except for the current #188 - #190 X-Men books, but if you're looking for him having a substancial role in any book it's:

X-Men Forever
Zero Tolerance
The Twelve
Iceman 1st & 2nd series

My other suggestion would be to search some of the Iceman related threads and go from there. At least you might be able to get a few issue numbers from people, if you want to pick them up at your local comic store.
