I was wondering if anyone else has been having problems getting books from Marvel in the mail. I have been subscribing to 7 titles now for about 4 months. I always would get them about the same day or so that they were released.
I have not gotten any books in 2 weeks. Last week, I shuld have gotten New Avengers, Utl Spiderman and I think there was an Ult X-men last week, too. I did not get my X-men 190 this week either.
Anyone else out there having issues getting their issues?

Youre in Florida right? I think it has to do with the weather, bro. I think it has to do with the mail.

I guess it's possible, but that should not have effected last week. Besides, Ernesto was nothing more than a few quick showers. We barely got any rain at all.

It isn't the weather. I'm in Michigan and had problems too. I was subscribing to 6 titles. I got Exiles 85 the day it came out, but that was the only one that came that fast. Most of them came 6-10 days after they hit shelves. My copy of X-men 189 came 15 days later and Wolverine: Origins 5 just came Tuesday (20 days after release). I have since cancelled my subscriptions and will get them all through an internet Sub Service. It will cost a little more but their delivery is predictable.

I remember when I was younger I used to subscribe the comics would come in sealed Manila Folders The Exact day they were supposed to come out ....
I've recently gotten back into comics (about 2.5 years now) and last year I tride the subscription thing because of the deal For Black Panther/Wolverine combo .... I've never recieved ONE Comic on time they usually take 10-20 days to get to me its crazy and they use weak plastic now and more often then not my comics look whooped when I get'em. My subscription was supposed to be up awhile ago I think like 4 or 5 months ago but I'm still getting comics .....so I don't complain but its obvious they don't have a clue what they're doing anymore
Hey FRODO-X What's that internet sub Site ? I'd like to check it out

The books are supposed to ship on Thursdays (either once a month, twice, or weekly), but sometimes ship Wednesday. You can choose USPS or UPS, and they come in a nice, sturdy box. So far, every one of my orders has come in on the following Tuesday. Plus, once you have been a SubService member for a couple shipments they let you "piggyback", which means that you can buy back issues and they'll put them in your next shipment for no extra shipping charge (each shipment is $5 whether it's one book or 100, no matter how many boxes they need to use).
I started using them to get the books you can't subscribe to (Civil War, etc.) because the closest comic shop to me is over 50 miles away. :(
