Did anyone else catch the G4TV coverage on comic con I remember them talking about new spiderman toys and behind him on the shelf was a iron spiderman that looked like Civil War Cover #3 it was Awsome but now i can't find it anywhere Is this a promo toy or is it in production can someone help me

the box in the back says "spiderman 2099".........been a while since iv'e seen that show

Yeah, the Iron Spidey, he's coming out in one of the Spider Man toy lines a while from now. I don't like it too much, cause they got a metallic red, so they should've made the yellow more of a gold. Still, it would be nice to have another important character from CW in a toy form.

I saw it up close, and its actually very articulated and the paint job isn't that bad. Say what you will about the change et al, but the toy definitely does the image justice.
On how its being sold: its supposed to be a package deal w/ 4 Spidey figures (yay!), Symbiote spidey, 616 Spidey, Spider Man 2099 (From the Exiles and the short-lived 2099 Marvel line), and finally new and improved Iron Spider-Man. Not too sure what the MSRP is, but definitely in my "to-buy" list (next to the Wii!)

I saw it on display as well (at the Chicago Wizard World). It's actually a pretty nice looking toy. I'll be getting it for my Iron Man case. Really, it's a good sculpt!
