Been wondering, exactly what type of comic is Thunderbolts? I know the characters are former villians but is there an actual change in their personality in trying to do good or are they "evil" in their manner of speaking and how they treat people?

If they treated people like scum, crap, etc when they were bad guys do they still do the same here or are they actually decent people trying to turn around their lives? How do they interact with each other and how are they looked at or treated by traditional good guys? The public?

Thanks.

Thunderbolts is a book about 2 steps forward 3 steps back, with various characters in the step up stage, and some with the step back stage, and a few where you are led down the path of wondering which way they really are stepping.

It is a book where you see character development, twists in the plot, steady art and fun dialogue.

Civil War is going to put Tbolts on the radr according to both the editor and editor and chief of marvel.

Deception versus true redemption is another major focus of the book, we see some of the characters really trying to do the right thing the right way, we see others searching to find what that way is, and we have some doing the right stuff in the wrong way, and others doing the wrong stuff int he right way... heh, it is a great jump into exploring characters and examining what makes somone a hero and what doesn't and tha tthe line is blurred with many shades of grey!
