Looking For This Character's Name

A few weeks back I saw some photos online for a new manga/anime action figure but now I can't locate them. The figure is of a girl/young woman in a fairly normal dress or skirt; she is carrying a metal club that has a long thin pipe-like handle and a large cube of metal for the head.

If anybody knows who this character is/where she is from, it'll be this crowd!:D

Are her clothes red, with white stockings and brown school-shoed, is her hair blue and tied into two pony-tails? Is she pretty short and does she look like a 12-year old with a DD-rack?:D And does her club look like it has spikes at every angle as well as having 2 spikes at the top of it?:D

Short answer, no to the costume; I seem to recall she's wearing gray or some other dark color; the hair was not in pigtails but free flowing. The club was primarily a large metal cube; no prominent spikes that I recall.

Do you remember if the series that the figure is based on is a new series or an old one?

I believe it was a new one because I had not seen this particular design before; I know it was a new product but I can't remember the series title.

Are you sure it wasn't a mallet what the girl was holding?

Yeah, because her fairly normal dress suggests comedy rather than a fantasy series. But a comedic mallet - like in City Hunter for instance - is never actually shaped like a cube at the head.
