What's a good program to get the pages on and letter dem, cos I can't do em by hand. But if it's possible by computer I can prolly do it. So whats the deal?

Adobe Illustrator is what a majority of digital letters use. Some also use other vector based programs such as Corel. Some even use Photoshop. But AI is pretty much the standard.
also, how did i do speech bubbles an stuff to the SICK extent

Brandon is right. Adobe Illstrator is the standard, there is also a program called Comic Life by plasq, which is much much cheaper than illustrator. You can't do all that you could in illustrator but its a pretty good little program.
I think Comic life might be only available for macs though.
