ok I went to the doctor tuesday, about the pain with CTS and the first words out of his month besides hello and such was...workmen com. and get a lawer...

so ok I just got back from the Lawer,...and tomorrow i going tell work what he told me...but now i wondering now what...

has any of you fine people been though this...

I've experienced the whole disability insurance thing up close and personal. My significant other was injured on her job; however, because of past injuries there were some questions on exactly when the "pain" was supposed to have started. I know for a fact that they could walk just fine before the accident, and not so fine afterwards.

It has taken almost a year and a half to get anything from SSI/Disability.... And to top it all off, everything that was received from the disability insurance has to be paid back from the SSI/Disability check for comp.
