I dont read much of Ghost Rider so I would like to know how strong he is due to the fact Zarathos is in his body which is almost as strong as Mephisto. Also, his his chains metal and if so, could Magneto control it if he wanted to?

with the demon ghost rider was pretty strong but blaze always tried to temper his getting out of control, so we really don't know his upper limits.
he did take many souls from mephisto when he had followers on earth until mephisto tricked a native into becoming a souless man and destroying zarathos' place and idol of worship.

the chain is mystic in nature so i doubt that magneto could have any control over it.:evilsmile

The question I ask with the chains is because Magneto can lift up Thor's hammer.

i don't think he can lift the hammer itsself but he can use the earth as a magnetic helper to lift the hammer.

tho i could be mistaken.:evilsmile

No, he can lift it magnetically, he did it before.
