Just checked three lists of lcs's in my area.
You're right. No JLofA, no Wonderwoman. Kind of infuriating. But what can you do?
No Flash either. Good. Re-tool and put out a NEW number one. We'll forget those last two issues ever happened.

Aren't these lists updated on Monday?

Well, I checked my LCS's list, which I've never seen wrong, at least for the books I buy, and it doesn't have them either.
>_<
Here's to hoping once Monday roles around, they're back on.

"JLofA"?
Why did you guys stop using "JLA"?
"JLofA" sounds so silly (especially because I pronounce it "jay-low-fa" ).

Thats what I thought too. I had to actually look on this thread to figure out what it was.

You might as well write it out than shorthand it.
I'm sad. I was looking forward to JLA #1.

Word on the street is JLA #1 will ship next week. Completely ridiculous. They've had months and months to prepare for this, have advertised it so heavily, and then they miss the target date.
Come freaking on.

As long as it's good, it'll be worth it.

Does anyone know the reason for the delays? Technical difficulties? Last minute editorial decisions? Superboy Prime punching the walls of reality again?

Oh, Come ON, Guys! We have to use "JLofA" now! The name changed. Come on, it's more fun. And it differentiates between two series.
I'm sticking with JLofA.
Anyway. Yeah, what's causing the delays? Please don't tell me 52...because I really don't know if it's going to be worth it. Is 52 worth constant delays?

On the DC website it now says that The Flash #3 is being illustrated by a guest artist, and from memory I don't remember it ever saying that before.

Personally I always use "JLoA" to differentiate between the original series and "JLA". It's no weirder than talking about JLI, JLE, JLTF and EJ. :)

I'm wondering if they decided to spread them out as there's a fifth week this month.

I totally agree with you, except I figure talking about EJ is always weird. A part of DC's history best forgotten!

What could be more EXTREME than having Blue Beetle, Booster Gold and Zan and Jayna on your team!

I quite enjoyed EJ. The new take on Zan and Jayna was quite refreshing, and I consider it a shame that we didn't get to see more development on these characters. Maxima and Plastique were also very cool on this team.

The original Justice League of America series was always abbreviated JLA.

I'm so sad. I was looking forward to JLA & Wonder Woman this week! Oh well, when they do eventually come I will be ready. At least we won't have Ultimate Wolverine/ Hulk delays on these books.

JLofA, JLA, JL -- does it really matter?
It's just as well they were pushed back since I won't have time to go my comic shop this week.
