Has Superman ever been beaten, in any of the DC/Marvel crossovers?
If not why do you think that is, maybe the folks at DC wont let the big guy in blue loose if he is dealing with another companies heroes? You know like a contractual thing or something.
What is everyones thought on this?
Note: I have posted this on the Marvel Board as well so its not a Superman Bash or anything. I happen to like the Character.

I've always wanted to know what happens to Superman if he dies from Kryptonite exposure? Does it cause him to decay or what?
i'm guessing he shrivels into a husk

Well , in the pre-crisis what if "death of superman" story , he just turns green and dies.

In the Elseworlds Holy Terror his body remains intact even though it has been left exposed to krytonite for years.

In the second Superman/Spider-man crossover, Dr. Doom manages to knock out Superman by coating him with Kryptonite dust.

Yeah, but Superman won the first round of that by getting himself a lead coat and won round three by...stealing his glove. Yeah.

I remember there was a Superman/Spider-Man crossover that Venom beat Superman.

Hal Jordan as Parallax knocked out Superman with just one punch in Zero Hour series. If you do count that scene as being beaten...

I'd say the first round was a draw. Doom sprayed Superman with the kryptonite trap he used later and then sprung his diplomatic immunity on Supes, getting him to leave. No real clear victory there.

This is unacceptable. Superman could beat any of these guys!
You know what I'd like to see? Superman vs. the ENTIRE Marvel Universe.
Followed up by: Hulk vs. the ENTIRE DC Universe.

Which guys?

Supes would lose badly.
Followed up by: Hulk vs. the ENTIRE DC Universe.
Hulk would also lose badly.

I remember that. Venom beat Superman like a drum in that issue.
Supposedly, Superman was supposed to be at low power because of the events of Final Night. The problems are that (a) this is never actually said IN the book, and (b) it'd be impossible to make this story fit into that time period anyway.
