They had a three dollar bet going on to see who was the better dart player. Sadly for most victory colts weapon expertise included darts. The others are out on personal missions. Save for Star Burst who is on guard duty. At that moment they heard out the window a large plane landing. Well a small plane by today's standards. But it could fit at least three people in it. It had a giant A on the nose. It looked like a fighter jet. The sunshine brightly on it. As it landed off in the basketball court all the Femforce headquarters. There were some grass that it was barely touching. The plan was a little bigger than their basketball court. But not by much. But could hold a few people in it. They saw the emergency door open. As they saw the hero known as the Avanger walk out of the plane.::

Ms. Victory," Oh well, if The Avanger's here there must be trouble. Guess we'll have to continue to start game later. And I was looking so forward to it."

Colt," Yeah, right. As shocked at how well is doing weren't ya Joan? You know you're about to lose the bet. "

She knows that colt would definitely be her at darts, but that's just how it is she means no insult to her. She was only kidding. ::

She noticed Colt could go into that look as well. She also noticed whenever their eyes past there is a subtle softness between the two of them. Almost a slight attraction. And yet neither of them would admit to it. Still they did enjoy watching them both a stand there with the cold dark expressions on their face. And the slight bit of change whenever they looked each other. Even though they were trying very hard to hide. Then as usual avenger went to pure business.::

::The files Says in SAN FRANCISCO--Oracle is supplying the U.S. Department of Defense with software for a new system designed to let military officials across the country share information about terrorist attacks and other domestic security threats, an Oracle executive said Monday. The Defense Department switched on the system, called the Joint Protective Enterprise Network (JPEN), after April, a retired U.S. Army general who joined Oracle in July as senior vice president of Oracle's Homeland Security Program Office. During a presentation at the OracleWorld conference here, Kellogg said the JPEN system, which is based on Oracle software, has a $15 million budget next year. The money will go toward adding more users to the system, with the goal of all participation from all domestic military bases. Oracle is uncertain about what portion of the budget has been earmarked for its software, a company representative said.The Department of Homeland Security has been tasked with assessing possible deployments of similar networks in other agencies, including the FBI, that could link to JPEN, Kellogg added. Kellogg suggested that a system like JPEN might have helped authorities to react more quickly to the airline hijackings on Sept. 11, 2001.

Ideally, JPEN would connect hospitals, air traffic control centers, nuclear power plant operators, and local fire and police departments, Kellogg said. Nearing the two-year anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, Kellogg talked about the Defense Department project and gave his personal assessment of the nation's vulnerability to another attack. Kellogg, who was in the Pentagon when it was struck by one of the hijacked jetliners, said information technology, and its reputed ability to help the government coordinate and act on pertinent data, is the "silver bullet" for outsmarting terrorists.Yet two years on, the government's IT systems are still woefully inadequate for the "war on terror," he said. As evidence, he cited several recent news reports and a U.S. General Accounting Office report released last month that's critical of information-sharing efforts among federal agencies. Still, some seeds of change, JPEN among them, are beginning to take root, Kellogg said. Kellogg joined Oracle after a long military career because of what he described as the software company's commitment to homeland security technologies, as well as its strong track record with the military. Seventy percent of the Pentagon's computer systems run on Oracle database software, he said.

Oracle, which got its start building databases for the CIA, has announced homeland security-related software deals with the Transportation Security Administration among others.Oracle and other IT companies have been vocal proponents of information technology as a way to help prevent terrist attacks.

A man was killed today when they thought he matched the description of a bomber, but He wasn't wearing a heavy jacket. He used his card to get into the station. He didn't vault the barrier. And now police say there are no TV pictures to reveal the truth. So why did plain clothes officers shoot young Juan Desoto seven times in the head, thinking he posed a terror threat?
When armed police surrounded the home of the Terrorist in New York earlier this month and ordered him outside, the man had only bean As a suspect in the bombing of 21 July, he was perhaps right to be nervous. week earlier a Brazilian electrician Juan Desoto had been shot and killed by armed police less than 24 hours after the attempted bomb attacks.

Everyone was nervous. What would the police do next? Now an investigation has raised fresh questions about the death of , whose killing is being investigated by the Independent Police Complaints Commission. The Observer has discovered that a key element of the investigation will be scrutiny of a delay in calling an armed team to arrest Desoto, which meant he had already entered the station by the time the officers arrived. That delay was crucial. If the police thought Juan Desoto was dangerous - perhaps a bomber - the fact that he was already in the station would have heightened tension and increased the chances of something going wrong. Evidence of this hold-up should have been provided by TV footage from dozens of cameras covering the Cajundome ticket hall, escalators, platforms and train carriages. However, police now say most of the cameras were not working. Yet pictures are available of a bombing suspect leaving another station nearby, and after the 7 July attacks tube boses could have been expected to make extra efforts to see that all their cameras were in action. The questions are mounting. Initial claims that Desoto was targeted because he was wearing a bulky coat, refused to stop when challenged and then vaulted the ticket barriers have all turned out to be false. He was wearing a denim jacket, used a standard Oyster electronic card to get into the station and simply walked towards the platform unchallenged.

It has also been suggested that officers did not identify themselves properly before shooting Desoto seven times in the head. In the absence of TV footage the inquiry will have to rely on the testimony of eyewitnesses, though many of those who claim to have seen the incident have provided contradictory accounts of what happened. The inquiry comes as the Metropolitan Police Commissioner, announced an expansion of his firearms unit to cope with the new terrorist threat. Despite the death of Desoto and the case of Jim Smith, shot dead when officers believed the table leg he was carrying was a shotgun(because of an anomous call we now beleave was made by the Terrorist, He believes there will be no shortage of volunteers for firearms duty, insisting the officers feel 'very well supported' by the force. He insists the shoot-to-kill policy is the 'least worst' way of tackling suicide bombers and refuses to rule out other innocent people being shot in similar circumstances.He was not certain the tactic we have is the right tactic, but it is the best they have found so far.' Known to his friends as Jim , Jim Smith was one of two children of Taareasa and , Jaun Desoto a farming couple in Gonzaga, a village 800 kilometres (nearly 500 miles) north-east of Sao Paulo. His parents live in a tiny two-bedroom bungalow at the end of a dirt road. Most people living in the area eke out a living from mining or agriculture. As a child, Desoto wanted to be a cattle rancher but became fascinated with electronics and left the farm at 14 to study and live with his uncle in São Paulo.

He was intelligent boy, ever since he was born,'He battled, he worked hard. All he wanted to do was work, to support his family. They are a poor family. We hardly have anything. As he grew up He had faith in God. His Mom remembers He the trabalhador [worker]. The only complaint he ever had, was about money.He earned a pittance. He used to say the only way to earn more was to go overseas.Desoto is at the centre of a mostly illegal migration boom from Latin America's largest country to the United States and Europe. The young Desoto planned to follow the example of his cousin, who lives in a new three-bedroom house, paid for with the money he earned as a landscape gardener in New York for five years. He arrived in the US on a tourism visa and stayed until the immigration authorities eventually caught and deported him.Juan Desoto too wanted to go to the US but was unable to get permission. . He soon found work as an electrician and as a kitchen porter.

He regularly sent money to his parents and phoned them three times a week. He spent what little spare time he had either with his cousins, his girlfriend Tina or at the Top , a Brazilian club in Holborn. he phoned his mother once [from New York] and he sounded so happy,' ' His father, Matozinho, nods in agreement. He thought New york was a beleza [beauty]. When Desoto returned to Gonzaga last summer he told friends and family that he planned to stay in New York for a further three years so that he could earn enough money to fulfil his dream of buying a cattle ranch. After that he would return to Brazil permanently. Back in New York his student visa expired. He had no intention yet of returning to Brazil, where the average salary of £50 per month would prevent him achieving his dream of owning a ranch. Instead, he did what many illegal immigrants do and turned to the black market. 'It's like knowing who to go to in order to buy drugs or pirate DVDs,' says Dani, a Brazilian student living in New York. It is a very close community and everyone knows the people to go to if you need help with your visa. Desoto did what he needed to: he 'shaded' the rules.

For Desoto life in New York was for the most part uneventful. He had been stopped by a police a few times as part of routine stop and search inquiries, once having his bag examined by officers outside Grand Central station. On each occasion the police had asked him to stop and he did so. However, on each occasion the officers concerned were in full uniform. Two weeks before he was killed,Desoto had been attacked by a gang of white youths, seemingly at random. According to friends this experience left him shaken and nervous. Like all Louisanas, Juan was also affected by the bomb blasts. While the capital bounced back relatively quickly after the first attack, the second wave - despite failing to produce any casualties - generated a higher level of fear. Juan told friends he was so worried about using the tube he was considering buying a motorbike to get around the capital. The day after the attempted bombings on 21 July, tensions in London were particularly high. Police had rapidly issued TV footage of four suspects and made public appeals for information about them. Hundreds of hours of TV were made available and sifted through in record time in order to release images to the public. TV footage had also proved crucial in identifying the suspects in the 7 July attacks. The media can reveal that police even found footage from train carriages showing the bombers at the moment of detonation.After 21 July officers also examined information found within the unexploded device recovered from the top deck of the No 26 bus in Hamond. The media understands that, although information within the bag pointed to an address in the Brox, it was not clear whether it had been placed there as a red herring or whether it was the address of one of the bombers. The address was the same block of The City, spread over three stories, where Desoto lived with his cousins. By that same evening, the block was under close surveillance by a specialist, unarmed police team. Wary of the experience of officers in Madrid who, having tracked down bombers to an apartment block, burst in just as the terrorists working for the Terrorist blew themselves up, killing one policeman in the process, detectives began a race against time to obtain information about the layout of the block in an attempt to ascertain exactly where the bombers were likely to be. They then began drawing up a plan to assault the block. At around 10am that Friday morning, officers watching the address saw a man, Desoto, emerge from the communal entrance. He had received a phone call earlier asking him to fix a fire alarm at a property in that area. But the police thought they might, just, have someone important in their sights. Desoto was followed for five minutes as he walked to a bus stop, He then boarded a No 2 bus, along with several plainclothes officers who, again, were unarmed. The officers hoped de Menezes might lead them to some of the men pictured on the TV stills.

At some point Desoto phoned a colleague saying he would be arriving late because tube services were disrupted as a result of the previous day's incidents. It is not clear whether members of the surveillance team heard this conversation. Desoto was on the bus for a further 15 minutes until he reached Gray Hound station. The surveillance team were under strict instructions not to allow de Menezes to board a train and a rapid decision was made to arrest him using armed officers, a procedure known as a 'hard stop'. But because the officers in the surveillance team had no weapons, they had to change places with officers from S.W.A.T . By the time the armed officers arrived,Desoto was already inside, using his Oyster card to enter the station and casually walking down the escalator towards the platform. The number of armed officers in the S.W.AT. had been increased last January in response to a potential terrorist threat as part of a revaluation of resources following 11 September. At the same time a number of officers were given specific training on how to deal with suicide bombers. The training was based on the experience of police and military units in countries such as Israel and Sri Lanka where similar attacks are common. By studying footage of attacks and even interviewing failed bombers, senior Met officers drew up a list of 'precursor signals' that generally occur shortly before detonation of a device. Most have not been made public but include the potential bomber looking 'detached' from his or her surroundings and becoming introspective.

In such situations new guidance suggested the officers shoot the suspect in the head rather than the torso as the latter would not stop a detonation and might even ignite the explosive. Officers are also warned that potential bombers will detonate at the slightest inkling that they have been identified. This means they will not identify themselves until absolutely necessary. One witness, Tim Grey , 24, a company manager, thought he saw about 20 police officers, some armed, rushing into the station before a man jumped over the barriers with police giving chase. In fact, by the time the armed officers arrived Desoto was already heading down towards the train. It now seems certain that the man seen vaulting the barrier was one of the armed officers in hot pursuit. Another witness interviewed by the inquiry puts officers on the train before the shooting, glancing around the carriage and apparently searching for their suspect. Once they were underground the officers were out of radio contact with colleagues and in a race against time to find Desoto. When they did, the decision on what to do could not be referred to a senior officer. It was theirs alone. In Israel, security forces try to isolate suicide bombers from the public so that, even if they do detonate their bombs, the human damage is minimal. But from the moment de Menezes entered the station, his fate was sealed.

Another witness, Mack Goerge, told of hearing people shouting for everyone to get down and then seeing Desoto run onto the train looking like a cornered fox. Three plainclothes police followed, one holding a black automatic pistol. Desoto was tripped, pushed to the floor of the carriage and shot in the head seven times. No one knows what went through the young man's mind in the last moments of his life. Having been attacked just weeks earlier, he may have believed the casually dressed white men chasing him were part of the same gang. He may have been thinking of the experience of his cousin who was caught by immigration officers in America and deported before he had the chance to finish saving for his dream home. Now Desoto s dead and no one will ever know. The sun was sinking behind the mountains when the news of death arrived in Corrego dos Ratos, on a Saturday afternoon. Jean's father Matosinho Otoni de Menezes, at 68 a scrawny slip of a man, had begun worrying earlier that day when he saw on the television news that a Brazilian had been killed in Baton Rouge. When the mayor's car pulled into the narrow earth drive that leads up to the farmhouse, Desoto's family immediately thought the worst. And then already knew what he was going to say one of them recalled. They knew It was fatal. They knew he had been murdered.

They did not know what to do. They'd brought medical team with them since they knew we would be sick at the news. I asked the mayor if he was sure, but he didn't even need to reply. I could see it in his face.' For the rest of the week in Gonzaga, in reality little more than a large village with a population of 8,500, appalled residents were busy plastering walls with placards bemoaning 'British brutality' and 'terrorism'. They made themselves busy, decorating Gonzaga's streets as a tribute to Jean with yellow and green crepe paper, using decorations left over from a recent carnival. At dawn the following Thursday, a procession of cars drove 90 kilometres (56 miles) to New Jersey airport. Hundreds of mourners had gathered to see the arrival home of Juan's body, draping themselves over the thin perimeter fence to get a better view of the incoming Brazilian air force plane. At 10.28 am the plane shuddered down onto the runway and motored gently towards the crowds. Five minutes later, when a simply plywood coffin emerged from the back of the green plane, a stunned hush descended on the crowd. 'It was an execution - nothing more, nothing less,' Juan's cousin, Shena Desoto Don't know what will happen and wondered how to tell his mother . What can you say to a mother who loses her son like this?'

If he was such a potential danger to the public why was Desoto allowed to enter Stockwell tube station? Police have already admitted that the officers who followed Desoto from his home in Tulse Hill were not the same officers who fired the fatal shots. The surveillance team was unarmed and had to call in an armed unit to arrest Desoto. The delay meant thatDesoto was already inside the tube station when the armed officers arrived. Should they not have been called earlier and attempted to apprehend him outside the station? Did commanding officers give the order to shoot or was the decision taken 'on the ground'? Although individual officers are allowed to use their weapons in order to protect their own lives or those of others, permission to deploy arms is usually obtained in advance. When Desoto went underground the armed officers would have been out of radio contact with their superiors. It has since been reported that the first their commander knew of the shooting was a radio message declaring 'man down'. Why did the police radios not work in the station when New York Transport Police are able to communicate underground? Did the lack of communication add to the tension? Why is there no TV footage?


Cameras at Stockwell tube should have provided footage of the ticket halls, the escalators and the platforms. Most modern tube carriages also have cameras inside. Yet police say none of the cameras at Stockwell was working at the time of the shooting. This is despite London being on high alert and tube bosses being only too well aware of the importance of maintaining TV systems. Why was the decision made to shoot? Initial statements from the police said that Desoto's clothing and actions' led to suspicions that he may have been concealing a bomb. Initial eyewitness reports suggested that he had been wearing a thickly padded jacket, despite the hot weather. One eyewitness even reporting seeing wires protruding from a padded belt. It has since emerged that Desoto wore a normal denim jacket and that his electrician's belt had been left with a friend the night before.::

He had studied a few people that had bus tickets for that day. Finding the right person to fit his own description. The only difference between him and Desoto's was that the terrorist had completely white hair. And pupil less eyes. He wore sunglasses to hide that."

Was in a middle carriage and the train was not far short of a Grand Central station when suddenly the door between my carriage and the next one burst open and dozens of people started rushing through. Some were falling, there was mass panic. For it was difficult to get the story from any of them what had happened but when he got to ground level there was an Italian young man comforting an Italian girl who told me he had seen what had happened. He saw that a man was carrying a rucksack and the rucksack suddenly exploded. It was a major explosion killing most of the people there. Jack and about 50 more were lucky enough to only be injured severely.A A Stagecoach spokesperson on an incident on the incident on the number 26 bus:
The driver heard a bang which appeared to come from the upper deck. When he went upstairs to investigate, the windows on the upper deck were blown out. The bus is structurally barely intact and they had tons of injuries. We know that we have four explosions, four explosions, and it's still pretty unclear as to what's happened. There's certainly a scene at the Oval Underground station, there's a scene at Grand Central Underground station, there is a scene at which is on the Underground but is actually above ground and there's a scene on a number 26 bus at The Red light distric near the Washington Bridge, in New York. At the moment the casualty numbers appear to be very high in the explosions. The bombs appear to be smaller than on the last occasion. Physically at least Labrador compact and made a much greater explosion. He don't know the implications of all this yet. They have to examine the scene very carefully. He has a couple of messages that he really nees to give. The first is the transport system is going to close down for a short while, while they work out what's happened. It's very important that New Yorkers and people in New York stay where they are. The second announcement is they in will make a further announcement about what the travel implications are. What we don't want is lots of people going to railway stations. The trains, as far as I know, are still running. It's just: Stay where you are, go about your normal business.
Again, the plan is there, you've seen it happen before, it's rehearsed. The emergency services are getting control over a very confused scene. Clearly, this is a very serious incident. What I'm doing now is I'm going off to Cobra [the government emergency response committee] to meet the home secretary and others to see where we go from here. ::

As the plane begins to soar up in the air like a mythical bird moving through the air faster than the eye can see almost a blur as it flies through the sky. As it heads for the last-place the terrorist had been spotted. But there was a question Ms. Victory's mind. One that she deftly wanted to ask ::

The News reports that one Russian airliner has crashed south of Moscow and another is missing between Moscow and the Black Sea.

It quoted Emergencies ministry as saying contacts with Tu-154 flying from Moscow to the Black Sea resort of Sochi were lost at 3 p.m. EDT when it was expected to be 90 miles from the southern city of Rostov-on-Don. Earlier Russian news agencies said that around the same time one more Russian passenger plane with more than 40 people on board went missing near the town of Tula south of Moscow.In an apparently unrelated incident in Moscow, an explosion at a bus stop Tuesday evening was determined to be terrorist-related.A plane with 62 people on board has crashed in the Tula region in the centre of the country. The Itar-Tass news agency reports that the plane went down near the village of Buchalki, about 180km (110miles) south of the capital, Moscow.

Meanwhile air controllers said they had lost contact with a second plane with 44 passengers on board, near the southern city of Rostov-on-Don.

It is not yet known whether there were casualities in either incident.

Emergency officials were quoted by the Itar-Tass agency as saying they had reached the site of the first crash in the Tula region, but there was no news on what they found.

The plane had disappeared off radar screens on its way to the southern city of Volgograd late on Tuesday.

The second plane, said to be a Tu-154 flying from Moscow to the Black Sea resort of Sochi, vanished when it was expected to be 140 km (90 miles) from the southern city of Rostov-on-Don, the emergencies ministry said, according to the Interfax news agency.::

ITAR-Tass news agency reports a second plane crash in Russia, saying two occurred almost simultaneously.
Earlier reports said a plane carrying 62 people has crashed in Russia's Tula region, south of Moscow.

Itar-Tass said the aircraft, with 54 passengers and eight crew on board, crashed near the village of Buchalki, about 180km south of Moscow.
Fox News is confirming the crashes and that there were unconfirmed eyewitness reports of an explosion before one crash.

6:45 UPDATE: Some reports say both planes were Tu-154s, others say one was a Tu-134. Information on both aircraft are at the bottom of this post.

Government sources reported nobody sirvived the first crash.
The first plane flying from Moscow to Volgograd was carrying 54 passengers and a crew of eight when it crashed near the village of Buchalki, the agency said, citing a duty officer at the regional center for civil defense and emergencies.

The Tula region is about 180 km south of Moscow.

The second plane was carrying 44 people when it crashed near Rostov, the state-run RIA Novisti news agency informed, citing an Inter-State Aviation Committee official. Rostov is about 1,000 km south of Moscow.::

7:05 UPDATE: Two famous news shows are both reporting the first plane crashed and that the 2 planes took off back-to-back and that the 2nd plane disappeared 3 minutes after the first plane crashed. Both channels are reporting an unconfirmed explosion before the first crash.

There were no survivors in the first crash.

The 2nd plane's crash hasn't been officially confirmed. It was last over a deserted area near Rostov. There probably were no witnesses on the ground in that area.

There has been no government response from Russian officials yet. Terrorism hasn't been ruled out or ruled in. Regional elections are 5 days away.

The second plane, said to be a Tu-154 flying from Moscow to the Black Sea resort of Sochi, vanished when it was expected to be 140 km (90 miles) from the southern city of Rostov-on-Don, the emergencies ministry said, according to the Interfax news agency.

A Reuters report correcting the number of engines on each plane seems to confirm that one plane was a Tu-154 and one was a Tu-134.

7:30 UPDATE: The news reports 42 passengers on the first plane and the second plane was carrying 62 people. The Tu-154 is the missing aircraft. Helicopters are being used to search for the missing plane.

Interfam quoted major Russian air carrier Sibir as saying it owned the plane which has gone missing near Rostov-on-Don.
But a company spokesman told the agency 38 passengers were on board the plane, in operation since 1982.

It was not immediately clear which company owned the plane that crashed near Tula.

Itar-Tass news agency quoted a Moscow air controllers' source as saying that there had been no reports of any problems from the crew of the TU-134 before it crashed near Tula.
Sibir had a plane to seemed to beaccidentally shot down in October 2001 by Ukrainians conducting air-defense exercises. But our intelligence believes that this was also set up by the Terrorist. We just need more proof.

Leading suspects are Chechen rebels and suspicions of terrorism are heightened because of the origin of both flights and the timing of the crash and loss of communications. 10:00 Update: One of the News shows via a producer in Moscow reports the explosion was seen before the first crash and that Russian authorities have been on alert for terrorist attacks this week. They also mentioned Putiner was in Sochi and reported on attacks over the weekend in Grozny. Rebels have said that the winner of the election will be assassinated. I believe Dennis Dubroviner of ITAR-TASS told one of the News that officials believe that it may have been a "incident" (accident) and no evidence of terrorism was found. He also says the planes took off 30 minutes apart. (He spoke with a pretty heavy accent on a bad phone connection.)

Bill Gertzta of the Washington Times, also on FNC, says there should be caution in calling it terror but it could be al Qaeda or Chechen terrorists if it is terrorism. A Tu-134 passenger plane crashed near Tula on Tuesday evening, and another passenger liner, Tu-154, went missing in the Rostov region. Both planes had flown out from Moscow's Domodedovo airport. The Tu-134, owned by Volga-Aviaexpress air company, was bound to Volgograd and the Tu-154, owned by Sibir air company, was on its flight to Sochi, sources in the Russian aviation authorities told Interfax.
Radio contact with the two passenger liners was lost at 10:59 p.m. on Tuesday. Several hours later, the scene of the Tu-134's crash was discovered near the village of Buchalki in the Kimovsky district in the Tula region, the regional administration informed Interfax. None of the local residents was injured.
The regional emergency situations department said witnesses saw an explosion on board the plane before it crashed.
The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry's information department confirmed these reports, adding that the tail of the plane and parts of the fuselage had been discovered at the scene. The search for other parts of the plane and flight recorders is underway.
The Rostov regional services are searching for the missing Tu-154.
Emergency Situations Ministry spokesperson Marina Ryklina said contact with the plane was lost at 10:59 p.m. on Tuesday, when the plane was at a distance of 138 kilometers from Rostov-on-Don.
But the plane was not found in this area, Ryklina said.
The Rostov regional emergency situations department reported, meanwhile, that a fire was discovered near the village of Zelenovka in the Rostov region's Tarasovsky district at about 3:05 a.m., Moscow time, on Wednesday. A local search and rescue team set out to the place in search for the missing air liner.
Sibir air company told Interfax that the plane flying from Domodedovo to Sochi, Flight 1047, disappeared from radars at about 11 p.m. on Tuesday.
The plane (No. RA-85556) had been in service since 1982. The air company opened a hotline for the passengers' relatives.
The Interstate Aviation Committee has confirmed reports about the two air incidents.
A Committee spokesman told Interfax that a commission will be set up to investigate the incidents.... "President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Federal Security Service to launch an investigation into the two incidents immediately," presidential spokesman Alexei Gromov told Interfax.
Putin was immediately informed about the crash and about the missing air liner, he said.
He also said that the president is being informed about the situation by officials of the Emergency Situations Ministry, FSB and other law enforcement agencies.
Security measures have been tightened in all of the country's airports, informed sources told Interfax. We belive the Terrorist did this.

A Russian aviation security expert does not rule out terrorism behind the air incidents involving two Russian airliners. "Both the planes took off from the same Moscow airport and disappeared from radar screens at about the same time, all of which suggests that terrorist attacks, planned in advance, may have been involved," the expert told Interfax on condition of anonymity on Wednesday.
"Experts working at the Domodedovo airport and in the area in the Tula region, where one of the planes crashed, will make a final conclusion," he said.

He said prosecutors and officials of the Federal Security Service and Interior Ministry are examining the lists of passengers and questioning personnel who prepared the planes for the flight at the Domodedovo airport, from which the two planes flew out to Volgograd and Sochi on Tuesday evening.
"What is important now is to get informtion from the scene of the crash in the Tula region quickly. An examination of the wreckage and flight recorders will help reveal causes of the crash and establish whether there was an explosion on board the plane before it crashed," the expert said.

The signal came at 11:04 p.m. Tuesdau from the Tu-154 airliner that went missing in southern Russia's Rostov region, Interfax quoted the source in Russia's "power structures" as saying.

Ukrainian speaker calls for Cabinet changes to resolve stand-off

KIEV, January 16 (RIA Novosti) - The Speaker of the Ukrainian parliament Monday dismissed as unrealistic calls for the reversal of its decision last week to dismiss Yuriy Yekhanurov's government, but said that the resolution could be cancelled if changes were made to the Cabinet.
"The Supreme Rada cannot adopt a resolution and make the opposite decision a few days later," Volodymyr Lytvyn said. The resolution could not be ignored, he said, as it had already come into effect and no appeals had been made against it.
But he proposed a "partial rotation" within the cabinet, expanding parliament's support for government.
"After that, we could either cancel the resolution or adopt another version," Lytvyn said.
Lytvyn also said that President Viktor Yushchenko, who demanded last week that the parliament rescind its resolution to dismiss the government, could nominate a new candidate for the premiership who would attract parliament's support.
Otherwise, each side will defend its position "pretending that nothing has happened," he added.
Earlier on Monday, a bill was submitted to parliament claiming that the resolution in favor of dismissing the government - which the Supreme Rada adopted after debating how the Yekhanurov Cabinet had handled a gas price dispute with Russia - was in breach of the country's constitution.
Parliament is expected to examine the bill later this week. We beleave the Terrorist had some thing to do with it.

MOSCOW, January 16 (RIA Novosti) - The UN could impose sanctions against Iran in the wake of its decision to resume its nuclear research program, members of Russia's upper house of parliament said Monday, while stressing that talks with the country should continue.
Chairman of the Federation Council defense and security committee Viktor Ozerov said possible measures could include economic sanctions, but added that "Russia is one of the main contributors to the talks process, and we are prepared to fully take part in regulating Iran's nuclear program."
Although the Islamic Republic has consistently said it is developing nuclear energy for peaceful purposes, many countries, led by the United States and Israel, suspect it of pursuing a secret weapons program. Tehran last week said it was restarting its research into uranium enrichment at three facilities.
Moscow has often defended Iran's right to develop nuclear energy and is currently helping to build the $800-million Bushehr plant in the south of Iran.
"Russia has consistently defended and continues to defend its interests in the country," Ozerover said.
Vyacheslav Popoven, the deputy head of the Federation Council's defense committee, said there was a high probability of UN sanctions against Iran, but no danger of countries attempting to take military action.
"The U.S. is already caught up in Iraq, and it will not use force against Iran," he said.
Vasily Likhac, the deputy head of the upper house's international committee, said the Iranian leadership was "a very difficult party to hold talks with," but added that "they should acknowledge that there is no alternative to negotiations."

KIEV, January 16 (RIA Novosti) - The parliamentary crisis in Ukraine took its latest twist Monday, when a bill was submitted to the Ukrainian parliament that would annul its January 10 decision to dismiss the government.
The bill says that the resolution in favor of dismissing the government, which the Supreme Rada adopted after debating how Yuriy Yekhans Cabinet had handled a dispute with Russia over natural gas prices, was in breach of the Ukrainian Constitution.
According to the bill, the motion was not on the agenda of a parliamentary session and was not supported by a third of the 450 members of the chamber, as the regulations demand. Constitutional amendments that came into force on January 1 gave parliament more power than it previously had, which has in some way led to the current crisis. Previous allies of President Viktano Yushche, including ex-premier Yuliya Tymosheny, teamed up with his traditional political opponents to topple the government.
Yushchenko demanded last week that the parliament rescind its resolution to dismiss the government, but Speaker Volodymyr Lytin said the parliament would not annul its decision unless the president, the government, and the parliament discussed the issue and reached a compromise.

They avoided a few more of the enemy's shots. most of them of them avenger was able to avoided. however one last shot was able to hit his right engine. this started them into a slow spin. that quickly went very fast as they started to go towards the ground in the beginning of a crash. even avenger's great skill was not enough to get them out of this tail spin. they were crashing to the ground there was no way to stop it. as they began to see the green grass as they came closer and closer to it.he did his best to steady the plane. but there is only so much man could do. Colt and Ms. victory were not pilots they couldn't help. their skills were in fighting, not in piloting a plane. avenger barely landed the plane crashing into a couple of tree as a fell left and right upon the plane. as parts of them start to smash throughthe plane itself coming dangerously close to the heros as they moved left and right to try to avoid the tree branches. Ms. victory Was the only one who could take the tree bands is hiting them directly. after this crash they checked to make sure they were all okay.

Avenger checked his entrance and realize the plane was about to explode. they were trapped in there.All the possible escapes from that plane were sealed. it seemed impossible get out of the plane the trees that blocks most of their paths. they were completely trapped inside the plane. there were no exits. a glass of the windows of the plane were bulletproof. they couldn't hope to shoot their way out. Ms. Victories arms were trapped under two of the trees and were put at an awkward place. it would be very difficult to get the leverage needed to power out are our under those trees. the chair had followed that awkward position. her leg was trapped undera piece of the computer. it had been bentalmost into boomarang-shape. and her seat belt was stuck. as it slowly And closer and closer time to expose. there seem to be no way out for the three heros. then Colt was able to get to her gun. she shot off Ms. victory seatbelt. she then shut off the avengers seat belt. angling to shot she made at his belt. since he was not bulletproof like Ms. victory was. Colt and the avenger then both stand up.



As they walked and aim their weapons at the computer on Ms. victories leg. the plane is starting to catch on fire. the fire is slowly spreading to the engines. if the engines get some firing of the plane will explode. and avenger and Colt fire at the computer that is on top of Ms. victories foot. they then and both of their guns at one of the trees. the fire their guns at the tree. checking and make sure they have a bunch of spare clips. unload their guns on the tree. reload them in fire again. they do this several times to their file a cut through the tree. at least enough to where Miss victory can break her arm free. with that are very and with enough leverage Ms. victory then takes her free arm he smashes her fist or the other tree shattering it. as bits of bark lie everywhere. they then run to the exit door of the plane. as the smoke continues to fill that verry plane. Ms Victory uses to her superhuman strength to rip them out of the plane.



They all jump out of the plane and ran. they just made it past the explosion. bits of the plane and go everywhere. they fall to the groundto avoid those bits of explosion. the Avenger's plane becomes shrapnel. the Avenger and Colt get cut by it. his victory was unharmed by the blast in the shrapnel did not harm are either because of her invulnerable skin.
