"Doughboy" Question

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about or where i could find any info on "doughboy" the stupidest super-villain i have ever seen?

I have him in a captain america #396
working for a dude named Zola

I can't find any decent online profiles, but he/it is also in CAP #209-210 and #277-279.

There's not that much to Doughboy, other than he is Arnim Zola's doughy minion. There's a lot to know about Zola, maybe Kirby's wackiest creation.


And that's saying a lot, since he created MODOK.
