We all know the history of this book since OYL started
The first issue came out on time
The second oyl issue was delayed 4 weeks
The third was delayed 3 weeks
issue 13 is on schedule for release on august 30th, 6 weeks after issue 12.
Successive issues are listed as monthlies for september and october
Can DC get this book back on schedule? Geoff Johns seems to be recovering from Infinite Crisis, but can Ivan Reis keep a monthly schedule.
Pleas comment and offer your own solutions to this problem

Was Reis late on Action and Rann-Thanagar?

I wouldn't be surprised if they got back on a more regular schedule. I find Reis's art is worth a delay though.

Well, having a regular artist helps, especially one as good as Reiss.

Do we know who's holding things up? If it's Johns, we may not get a regular GL book until 52 is completed.

I think Johns is being over worked. I dont care about delays really but it does seem like a long time between issues. In October he'll be working on 5 titles. I think its too much. And its not like there smaller titles either.

Was Reis late on Action and Rann-Thanagar?

Joe Prado was actually helping with art (and sometimes filling in for Reis) on both titles, actually. Their styles worked pretty well together, I thought...
