First off, I'm wondering who among the Comics Should Be Good crowd might be heading to Wizard World this weekend. Maybe we could meet up on Friday or Saturday?
Secondly, I'd like to suggest that (unless this is your very first comic con) three-and-a-half days of Wizard World is more than enough. This year, happily, you've got two primo comics-related options: the Museum of Contemporary Art in downtown Chicago has a solo exhibit going all about the amazing Chris Ware; the Milwaukee Art Museum (not too far over the Wisconsin border, about 75 or so minutes from the Wizard World site) has an amazing show happening right now, Masters of American Comics, which includes work from Gould, Eisner, Kirby and the like. Just saw it last week — well worth the day trip!
