Bumping this up to page one and letting you in on the basic points for those of you who may have merely looked at this thread and not bothered to look at the YABS link:

Over on YABS, there is discussion regarding the possibility of producing one or more anthology projects featuring works by CBR members - mostly aspiring or semi-pro talents. This is a 'pay to play' scenario, meaning each creative team who puts their story in has to pay their share of the printing costs (which should be lowered dramatically as per the amount of participating members increases). We hope to have enough parties interested to make a go of this.

Writers and artists are both welcome.
