I am just catching up on the comics over the past year and I am wondering which mutents have already been re-empowered?

Off the top of my head:
Iceman
Polaris
possibly Magneto
Quicksilver
You should try the search function to find a better list. There's probably more than a few threads about this somewhere on the board.

What do you mean possibly Magneto?

I mean he was possibly repowered. Maybe he was, maybe he wasn't.

So it is up to the writers if they want to say Magneto has been re-empowered or not.

Iceman never really lost his powers, just convinced himself he had.
Callisto was re-powered by Pietro, but her powers of super-sense were so amplified that she was quickly out of the picture and into a coma.
Pietro also repowered Unus, who's own force field promptly killed him because it was so powerful it would no longer let in oxygen. How long do you think it'll take before Unuscione goes after Pietro for that?

Pietro wasn't exactly "re-powered" so much as he gained new powers through alternate means. Same with Chamber, as far as can be told.

And same with Polaris. Apocalypse gave her the semblence of her magnetic powers, but she's technically not a mutant. It's like he engineered her with powers. It's convoluted, yes, but nevertheless I'm glad she's been repowered.

According to Wiki, Pietro also repowered Reaper - who unlike the others seems not to have been harmed by the process.
I'd like to see the effects of Wanda's spell wear off, returning some of our characters to us. 24 years of development, I want Dani Moonstar back.

Like an ex-mutant mutate...

I wouldn't hold my breath till she does. First of all it was never confirmed she is his daughter of sister, only hinted.
Secondly, she was in Genosha when it was attacked by Sentinels. As far as we know, only Amelia Voght, Cargill, Neopythe and Scanner survived the attack. We also know for sure, not every Acolyte survived the attack, because Rem-Ram and Senyaka were amongst the dead.
So waiting for Uniscione will probably take a long time, I'm sad about it too, but I think the concept of the Acolytes has died.

I'm sure Senyaka survived, he's only been killed a thousand times but mysteriously shows up later for no reason.

Wasn't Senyaka killed by Magneto in UXM 304???!

Iceman repowered because Milligan was pissed off.
Magneto had his poweres fed back into him but we can't be sure he still has them, as he may in fact be dead by explosion (See New Avengers).
Pietro is now a mutate. Kind of ironic how he was revered by the Accolytes for so many years as being this pureblood mutant wavioyr, and now he's kind of faked his powers back...
We don't really know that Chamber has been repowered. Clan Akkaba transfused him with Apocalypses blood and healed the hole in stomach. Im assuming this also replaced his lost organs. But we didn't see him actually using any powers in New Excalibur. If he did would he blow a hole in his chest again>

i'm pretty sure that everyone pietro had exposed to the mists/re-powered did not stay powered. all of the people in son of m (including his daughter luna) lost their powers after a while without the mists.
the only mutant i'm not sure about is reaper, as he was shown being re-powered at the end of that series.
in x-factor 8 however pietro's re-powering stuff is mentioned as still only being temporary and having negative effects.
