So football season is upon us. We have a few college games kicking off at the end of this month. My schedule for UGA looks like this:
Saturday, Sep. 2 Western Kentucky @ UGA
Saturday, Sept. 16 UAB @ UGA (not real sure about this one...might have to go to a wedding)
Saturday, Sept. 23 Colorado @ UGA
Saturday, Sept. 30 at Ole Miss
Saturday, Oct. 7 Tennessee @ UGA
Saturday, Oct. 14 Vanderbilt @ UGA
Saturday, Oct. 21 Mississippi State @ UGA
Saturday, Oct. 28 Florida in Jacksonville, FL
Saturday, Nov. 4 at Kentucky
Saturday, Nov. 25 Georgia Tech @ UGA
I've never been to Oxford, so the Ole Miss game should be fun. The Cocktail Party in Jacksonville is always a blast. Colorado should be different, though I'm looking forward to the return trip to Colorado a bit more.
I'll probably squeeze in an Atlanta and/or Jacksonville game or two along the way. What does your schedule look like and what game are you looking forward to the most?

At some point this season, I WILL go to a Florida State game. I've been here three years and haven't been able to go to one, since I've always had to work weekends. I'd prefer the Clemson home game, but that might be packed, so I'd settle for Rice or Wake Forest. No way I'm going to be there when the Gators come in - too packed and too many tempers.

We have the reigning National Champs second game of the season, and without 3 NFL drafted linebackers from last year. In fact, the whole defense is kinda scary from a fans point of view.
On the other hand, Texas doesn't have Vince Young, so there's that.

Boise State plays their first game on the 31st.
Decent schedule this year. Oregon State at home and Wyoming and Utah on the road. I'll try to make it to Salt Lake for the Utah game. Luckily we get Fresno State at home, but we play in Reno...and Nevada looked ok at the end of last season.
We always try to go to a game close to Nathan's birthday. The closest is Fresno, but it's on a Wednesday and is a tough ticket, so it will be either Louisiana Tech or Utah State.
Wife has been going to Idaho State, so we'll probably try to catch at least one Bengals game as well. Most likely the Montana State game.

I wish i had a halfway decent college team around here. Rutgers is a joke NJ has some of the most highly recruited players in the nation and they never get one. I think it was either this year or last where they didnt sign anybody in the top 50 NJ recruits. I go to a few Jets game this year my dad has season tickets but my hopes for the Jets are low.

You oughta head east for the Cocktail Party. If you are only going to attend one game this year, it should be that one. :D

Wisconsin kind of shafted the student population when it came to season tickets this year, so I probably won't be going to more than one or two games. I'll definitely be hitting the Illinois game on 10/28, but beyond that things're sketchy.
Tailgating will proceed as planned, however.

I might try to catch a Texas game this year. Maybe the OK State matchup.

Do I look suicudal? Yikes. I've head horror stories about Gator fans during FSU games, I'd hate to see what crap they pull during Georgia games.

It isn't too bad. I think there is much more bad blood in the FSU/UF series than the UGA/UF series. Though it is a very intense rivalry, it is (in my opinion at least) fairly cordial. Just stay away from the Landing on Friday night and you'll be ok.
