I was just wondering something. Prof X couldn't contact Lilandra, thus could not send a warning about Vulcan. Isn't there some other means of contacting space beings? For instance, after the whole Scottpocalypse thing, Scott was able to contact Corsair for some father-son time. So, could they just have contacted Corsair or, was the thing Prof X was using the same device used to contact Corsair? Please feel free to call me a knitpicker if that is what I'm doing here.

I imagine since Reed is part of the illuminati. Xavier could have gone to the Baxter Building and done this.
I cant answer about the Corsair thing..I really dont get that involved with the little things or I could punch holes in a lot pf plot lines and drive myself crazy. I save my wrath for when I believe a character is being miswrote? (is that a word?)

You're not a knitpicker. It's the little stuff like that that drives me crazy. Of course there is a much easier way to contact Lilandra, but if they used it then there wouldn't be a 12-issue story line.

Well, I don't think it is a big thing. I was just wondering if they ever used anthing else in the comics other than the device that was being used by Prof X and Beast. I mean, Scott could have easily used the same device to contact Corsair. They never really showed how he got in contact with him.
