I was wondering if anyone knew anything more about this title? Is it something that is going to be worth buying? I'd love to see a new origin of the X-Men type story line, but am a bit reluctant... what if it sucks? We just went through the Ultimate thing, is this just a repackaged idea with a 1950s feel to it?
I fear for my X-Men...

It's more along the lines of untold tales, than a retelling of older stories with a modern twist.
Hip hop and comics huh? I see I'm not the only one.

I've heard stuff like "the x-men before the depression and the angst and the tragedy".
...So i thought, well, what the hell makes it X-Men then!?
I was gonna get it, but way too many other minis are coming out that are set in the current timeframe, and characters i'm really interested in, like Doc Strange: The Oath, Immortal Iron Fist, and Wisdom

A happy light hearted x title is a good idea. I hate the modern day dark themes we have today.

Yea, the world an chaos stuff does get kind of old fast. A light hearted X-Men title sounds like fun. The story line might be as stagnant as some of you suggest though; i read the update on the second issue and it says that they're going to Florida for a beach party or something stupid along those lines. Whatever. I'm going to give the series a try and i'll complain about it if it does suck, so no one else has to indure it.

The search function is your best friend. There is already two threads started probably not more than a few pages back.
