I saw a passing mention of this somewhere in all of the SDCC mess.

This would be awesome. Just some classic Babs as Bat-girl. I'd do Babs anyway, I dunno if others would do more recent, or even past, versions of the character. For my money, it's always been Barbara in the yellow and blue suit.:D

Wouuld anyone read this? was this a joke I somehow missed? All I want is some not crippled Barbara Gordon as Batgirl stories. I gotta go watch the 60's tv series now!

Heh heh. Every time someone calls Babs the original Batgirl, I laugh a little. I love Babs, I love Babs to pieces, but don't make her more than she is. The idea was there before Babs was. She brought a lot that was new to the role, but acting like someone "stole" it from her is just blindness to history.

Meh, I'd prefer they make All Star comics about heros with their own origins. It'd be like making an All Star Speedy or an All Star Wonder Girl. Sure it could work but I'd prefer they stuck the the originals.
