[The Foreigner]

The images of Batman and Superman (Both from Jim Lees Infinite Crisis cover, I believe) are placed in odd positions (Batman has Superman's fist right in his face, and Supermans head is overlapping with the others chin; plus his mouth is covered by the lower text). Personally, I'd lose those two images, erase Superman's hand so it fades behind the "DC" logo, reverse the Batman-looking-over-his-shoulder image, make it the same scale as Supes, and move it towards the center. I think that might improve the composition.

Just my opinion though. It still looks great; the center logo is quite slick.
