1) Harry Osborn would lose Oscorp to Kingsley, Inc.

2) Harry would become The main Green Goblin, and create a new Oscorp funded by The Rose I (who seeks to destroy his father, The Kingpin).

3) The Hobgoblin would have more power, and most of Norman's inventions. So, in that way, the roles of The GG, and Hobgoblin would be "switched".

4) Mary Jane would love Peter from afar as Norman's fiance/wife (and have an idea that Harry and Peter would possibly be battling as Green Goblin and Spiderman).

5) Gwen would leave NYC and Peter while keeping the secret of her "twins". in Europe. She would even pretend to hate Peter/Spiderman in order to keep him away from the pain of knowing what really happened between she and Norman.

6) Peter would become engaged to Betty Brant. Flash Thompson would marry Liz, and work for Harry. He would hate Spiderman because his boss/friend does, but Osborn would not reveal Spiderman's identity to Thompson and certain co-horts..not yet.

How would Gwen Stacy kill Norman? In the battle on the bridge, she would tell Norman that "she loved him, and wanted to be a family.." Of course, Spiderman would hear most of this, but would not assume that Gwen already gave birth to Osborn's twins. as they embrace, she would would set several Pumpkin Bombs to ingnite, as he holds her, and mocks Peter. She then jumps from the bridge (from Norman's embrace). Spiderman saves her..Norman is stunned that she would jump...booom! It's final. The bombs were powerful enough to kill someone with the stregth of Spiderman.

...and Harry wants to kill her even more than Peter. A more ruthless Harry..

What If.....it was Jean Grey who was bombarded with Gamma Rays and Bruce Banner who got possessed by the Phoenix force.

Jean Grey would absorb all the irradiated gamma radiation into her mind. She would possess the ability to telekinetically shoot green gamma rays from her frontal lobe. Each would be a blast with enough force to level a small building.

Bruce Banner would initially prove to be a great force for good when he controls the power of the phoenix, unfortunately he begins to become a depressant and sees the many flaws in human society and decides he should destroy the world.

The X-men vow to stop the Pheonix from destroying the world… after the Phoenix kills half the X-men, including Colossus, Rogue, Havok, Professor Xavier and Scott Summers, Jean unleashes her full force gamma radiated energy blast on the Pheonix. The resultant blast separates Banner from the Pheonix forever and the gamma radiation fuses with him and the Hulk is born.
