I wanted to but I didnt see it at my comic shop.

I did pick up New Avenger: Illuminati reprint. LOVED that.

How was the Daily Bugle special?

What did I think? I think I got ripped off. The price on it was 50 cents US and 85 cents CDN. The problem is that the exchange rate is around 12% or so... meaning the CDN price should have been somewhere around 65 cents. Marking it 85 cents means that Marvel was using an exchange rate of 70% which is WAY off base. Gah... they were starting to get the comic prices in line with the currency, but then they go and do this. Why is it so hard for them to get it right?

Sorry about the rant, but this annoyed the heck out of me.

The actual paper is kinda neat but not quite as well done as the Daily Planet replica they did during the Invasion crossover in the late 80's.
