Dead Like Me is the best show ever

Ok, maybe thats an overstatement, but its still really cool. I watched it last night on the Sci-Fi channel, and I cannot believe that I have never watched this show! It pretty much captured everyone of my thoughts about life on film, and that is awesome. Unfortunately, I only taped the first part of the pilot episode, so I didnt get to see both hours, but I still love it. What do other people think of this show?

You would have had to have subscribed to Showtime to watch it. It lasted for two seasons, I think, and was wonderful. I didn't know Sci-Fi was rerunning it. I'll have to look for it.

Dude, how can you hate Mandy? He's awesome! Granted, I've only seen him in this, The Princess Bride, Chicago Hope, and Criminal Minds, but he's been excellent in all of those.

I hated Cynthia Stevens. Or more correctly, I hated her mom, played by Stevens. And lil sis Reggie was annoying, too. Strangle.

Bu the rest of the show was amazing to me.

This used to be my favorite show ever, until I realized that there were many more episodes on season 2 that I didn't get to see (and can't get on torrent now), and the frustration from that knowledge now makes me hate it.

I am very happy Sci Fi is showing this great show once more. I forgot how much I missed George. Very good and will make up for my lack of money to buy the season until Christmas :)

i especially liked joy and reggie because of the parallel they present w/ george's narrative...they're both compelling in their inability to deal w/ their grief and for joy, guilt as well...one of the things i was looking forward to was how they were gonna resolve the issues between the 3 of them...<sigh>...i really miss this show.

Eh, he's a good actor, and that's all I care about when I'm watching something.

My only irritation with the guy is that at some point he has to sing something. I'm waiting for the inevitable scene in Criminal Minds.

He does have a good voice though.

not disputing that, it's just you know when you're watching something and someone who really annoys you pops up and you say to yoursef..."there's that f'n so-and-so"...i'm just weird like that i guess...:)
