All indications seem to point that they're not planning on doing any "Bat-family-crossovers" any time soon other than members guest starring in each other's titles. In light of how crap War Games was, and after all the Infinite Crisis stuff, DC needs a break from "crossovers." They're going to work on making the individual titles good for now.

yeah i'd rather that DC stay away from any big Bat-family crossovers and let each title exist on it's own for a while, especially with guys like Morrison and Dini on the books.

Yeah, I kind of expect there won't be a big batbook crossover until after Morrison's run is over.

that kinda sucks cause my fav time is when they have a huge bat cross over. I hope Bane can be the bad guy again during them.

Eh. I think it's safer to stay away from the crossovers for now.
If you're looking for a "Bane fix," he's going to be in the upcoming JSA Classified arc.

Well on Dc's list of books coming out in October it shows that Batman and Tec are doing a "Night of the Penguin" crossover.

Really? The solicitations I saw had Night of the Penguin in Tec, and Batman and Son part 4 in Batman.
I seem to recall Dini saying that his 12 issues were all stand-alone single issue stories, with no crossovers.

Thanks comicfan212. I went off the CBR and Newsarama listings, both of which have the following:
BATMAN #658
Written by Grant Morrison
Art by Andy Kubert & Jesse Delperdang
Cover by Kubert
The shocking conclusion of the 4-part "Batman and Son," by the team of writer Grant Morrison and artists Andy Kubert & Jesse Delperdang!
I'm wondering if the DC site is incorrect, given that both the Tec and Batman descriptions are identical.

Thats what im thinking now. Everything is the same on them.
...Night of the Penguin?
This is not a title that inspires fear in me. Laughter, yes.

Yeah, I'd say the DC site is definitely wrong. It seems strange that they'd disrupt Morrison's run after only 4 issues in order to insert a story from the creative team on the other major Batman title. If this was a crossover, surely they'd have Morrison and Dini team up for it.

Whenever there is something like this, it's either conspiracy or stuff up...9/10 times it's a stuff up.

Yeah, and if the DC site is to be believed then they're not only disrupting his run but interupting his Batman and Son story (part 4/4 isn't listed there, in place of the Penguin thing). Has to be a mistake
