I asked this in a thread but didn't get an answer or didn't see it.

One strength of Supes was his unique origin as the Last Son of Krypton. Pre-COIE it turned out that zillions of Kryptonians survived (if you count Kandor and the Phantom Zone) and were always popping up. We had Kara, of course.

So in the current DCU - how many "Kryptonians are functioning?

Please include all types:

1. We have Supes - the real deal.
2. Supergirl - supposedly the real deal but I'm suspicious of her.
3. Karen - alternate U Kryptonian, with her cousin Supes (now dead)
4. SBP - another alternate U Kryptonian.
5. Are there real Kryptonians in Kandor?
6. What about Zods? How many are there? Did they come from Krypton, Alternate U or Pocket U Kryptons? Are they just possessing folks in some spirt form
7. How many UltraMan or evil supermanoids are floating around from the AntiMatter Universe, alternate AMUs or elsewhere?

Are the Nail, Red Sun or alternate eleswhere Supes still in existence and accesssible?

It's hard to say. Superman and Krypton's history is constantly being re-written with every new creative team that comes on board. Right now I'd say Superman is the only one we know for sure is a Kryptonian from his own universe.

4. SBP - another alternate U Kryptonian.

I never read SPB's origin, but I thought he was born on Earth?

5. Are there real Kryptonians in Kandor?

He's not in Kandor anymore, but isn't Preus a Kryptonian?

6. What about Zods? How many are there? Did they come from Krypton, Alternate U or Pocket U Kryptons? Are they just possessing folks in some spirt form

There's the Zod from "For Tommorrow". He was apparently lost when Superman's faux city in the Phantom Zone collapsed in on itself, but he could always come back.

7. How many UltraMan or evil supermanoids are floating around from the AntiMatter Universe, alternate AMUs or elsewhere?

Well, the Ultraman from Morrison's Earth 2 isn't a Kryptonian. I think he was a human astronaut who got his powers from a meteor or something, wasn't he?

If you ask me there are too many Kryptonians running around. What is the point of being called the Last Son of Krypton if there are others running around? I guess this statement is technically correct when you factor in Supergirl. She would be the Last Daughter of Krypton. How about introducing a Daxamite into the current continuity? There is potential for some good stories.

SPB was born on Krypton and teleported to Earth.
Since he never manifested powers until right before Crisis, for the longest time he didn't know he was an alien.

There's the Zod from "For Tommorrow". He was apparently lost when Superman's faux city in the Phantom Zone collapsed in on itself, but he could always come back.
Not touching Zod. Too many different versions.

You are mostly correct.
He was an astronaut who was genetically altered by aliens.
He uses Anti-Kryptonite as a power source.

Let's not forget Krypto, also from Brainiac's faux Krypton in the Phantom Zone.

Kon-El had Kryptonian DNA, and there's also HIS clone, Match. And the Cyborg, of course. Eradicator, I think, although I've lost track of his origin.

I forgot the Kryptonian goddess who made it off the planet and fought Supes in an incredibly lame special that had Lois fall into the Sun in a Kryptonian battlesuit (almost as lame as Luther in his Kryptonian battlecruiser).

Forgot about Krypto - and the Kryptonian fleas he carried. On the cartoon, they were tough.

Let's not forget the Kryptonian intestinal bacteria that they probably carry and the Kryptonian skin mites (if you ever watched a National Geographic special about what lives on your skin and in your eyebrows). Probably an zillion indestructible bugs in Lois' vaccum cleaner now.

Hopefully, no Kryptonian with Kryptonian crabs gets off the planet.

That's all funny stuff. But when you say Kryptonian I assume it means one species same as human does. So a dog is not a kryptonian, but a dog from Krypton.
Any of the ones mentioned who have some Kryptonian DNA are also not Kryptonian but hybrids. Just like a half human half duckbill platipus would not be called a human.

What's the current status with the Daxamites? Didn't Daxam get destroyed a while back? Is the "Daxam is a colony of Krypton" idea still in Continuity?

What's the current status with the Daxamites?

According to Rip Hunter's chalkboard and Dido's comments may or may not be appearing 52.

Didn't Daxam get destroyed a while back?

According to 1000 years in the future in Legion of The Super-Heroes #1 (current series) Daxam has chosen to remain out of the United Planets control.

Is the "Daxam is a colony of Krypton" idea still in Continuity?

Not exactly sure about that, but I believe that to be a wait and see moment.
