Well, chances are that most people when asked to name three movies with Catherine Zeta Jones couldn't but they'd more likely know her because she's good-looking and maybe married to Michael Douglas. Of course, this is probably not true in America, but here in Europe...
I mean I can only name two: Zorro and that one with Sean Connery where she plays a thief.

What people really seem to be talking about are actors (mostly actresses, actually) who are known more for their looks than their talent, regardless of their Q rating. A perfectly valid topic, but a different one than the question posed in the thread title.

I'll add Kelly Brook. She's similar to Vergara in that she's got the body of a Playmate----only she's a decent actress.

Sometimes it's a matter of casting a person for the right part. I thought Sophia was great in "Hot Properties" the tv series she was in and was recently cancelled. Her acting isn't strong but she worked very well in that part. But I'm honestly surprised Sophia isn't a bigger celeb than she is. I find her much sexier than someone like Carmen Electra who really isn't known for much more than her looks.

The people you name here actually fit the topic of this thread more than many of names popping up here. Those named here as far as I know are actual actresses and started out as such. Naming ex playmates, penthouse pets, or models I wouldn't think count because they were models who got put into movies/tv because they are good looking and really aren't considered actors.
