The good ol' boys and I have been threating to deliver unto you titanic true believers a gallery of Gil Kane's finest Marvel Comics covers! Well, after spendin' an afternoon drinkin' Miller beer and hauling out the ol' long boxes, we've finally done it! Anyone who grew up during the days of bellbottoms and hippies can recall going to the newsstands and seeing those great covers by Mr. Kane. He did hundreds if not thousands of covers. We've selected the cream from the crop: Warlcok, Beast, Iron Man, Conan, Iron Fist, the ever-lovin' Two-Gun Kid and many more are awaitin' your viewin' pleasure. Pop open a cold one and check 'em out, pardners!

Let us know if we missed any Marvel Comics cover that you consider to be a classic.

Loved it. Kane is one of my top fave artist. I was just thinking the other day how I missed seeing his work in comics.
That Daredevil cover is fantastic - did Kane do many D.D. covers or interiors?
Did Kane also do Spidey covers?

Yes, Gil Kane did a few issues of Daredevil as the penciller, and many covers. He also drew Amazing Spider-Man and various covers for that title as well.
I plan to update my gallery in the future to include some of these as well as other suggestions you fellers have made. Thanks!

Here's a few I think are worth adding to that gallery"
John Carter #3 (http://www.comics.org/coverview.lasso?id=31334&zoom=4) - Definitely one of his Top 5 at Marvel in the 70s, IMHO
Marvel Premiere #16 (http://www.comics.org/coverview.lasso?id=27572&zoom=4) - The best of the MP Iron Fist covers.
Where Monsters Dwell #37 (http://www.comics.org/coverview.lasso?id=66053&zoom=4) - How many Kan Sea Monsters/Gian Serpent covers are there?
Invaders #17 (http://www.comics.org/coverview.lasso?id=31125&zoom=4) - Now, that's how you introduce a new villainess.

My Gallery software at Photon Torpedoes broke down and I was unable to display the Gil Kane material there.
However, Gallery was way too old, and fortunately, Flickr is here. My new URL for the Gil Kane gallery:

I am slowly restoring the content here. I am doing a two-week retrospective on Kane at Giant-Size Marvel (http://www.giantsizemarvel.com/), beginning here:

I have some DC Comics covers as well on Photon Torpedoes (http://www.photontorpedoes.com/), including this nifty Green Lantern Jam:
