We've just got the Desktops up at www.bohemianzen.com, so go check them out and pimp up your computer screen.
And don't forget to pop over to Myspace and join our friends. http://www.myspace.com/bohemianzen
My friend Angela has worked long and hard on this stuff so pop over and tell her how it looks. She's the Pimp. I'm the Ho.

So... you're starting your own comic book company? Or webcomic company?

Or spam company?

Is Jesus a part of a superhero team now?

Tell me this isn't an Image book. When the Savage Dragon gives Jesus the finger, I'm gonna faint.
Would like to see him rank Spawn though for territory rights to the bum alley.

Jack Zodiac: I just have stories that I really want to tell. They're a bit on the fringe, so why not skip the middleman and give them away until people want to pay for them.
Spike-X: Yup, see it's GENIUS. I spam everyone I can that likes free webcomics. And then when I put them up, and here's the kicker, people read them for free! And I get NO MONEY! GENIUS!
Mike Smash!: Hmmmmm, that's a loaded question. I'm going to have to give a resounding "Yes", along with a dispassionate "No."
the invincible ironfran-cis: No, I got an unfortunate (and public (http://www.imagecomics.com/messageboard/viewtopic.php?t=566&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=1230)....scroll down) rejection from Mr. Larsen. I couldn't have been rejected better though. I'm hoping I can still make you faint though.
Thanks for the interest guys, I'll update when shit happens.
Peace,

I think that's a fine idea. It looks like you have an amazing artist on board and some interesting looking characters. Just by the sight of them, I can already tell I'd probably enjoy anything involving that Dr. Occult looking fella' in the bottom right of the splash.
Honestly, I hope this takes off for you and your friends. The industry needs a booster shot of originality every once in a while to keep it going, and that's sadly been missing for quite a while. Good luck with your projects, and be sure to update us (or me, at least) as you guys progress.
EDIT: I hadn't clicked that link before, but after checking it out, I have to agree with Larsen a bit. Yeah, it's crude, but it's your first project. For a first attempt, I'd say that was damn fine. Another thing is, all you're showing there is art. While the Dr. Occult/Indiana Jones character might be a bit angular, and the shading may be deep and dark, it's very reminiscent of Mike Mignola, Guy Davis, and Eric Powell- all of whom I respect as amazing artists and story tellers.
