Pro wrestlers have them. Many baseball players have them. It's theme music - a little song that plays when you come out to the ring or step up to the plate.
So, say you get to have your own entrance music - anytime you walk into the office, or step up to the plate in city league softball, or when you enter a bar, music starts playing announcing "THIS DUDE IS HERE!" What would you choose as your song?

Oh crap, it's so hard to choose just one song. (And the first thing I thought of was like in Major League, when the pitcher Charlie Sheen played walked into the stadium, they always played "Wild Thing.")
Hmmm... My music. Argh.
Well, it's gotta be something fairly impressive, music-wise---because why else would you want theme music other than to impress people? :D
Off the cuff, though I was strongly tempted by Joe Cocker's "You Can Leave Your Hat On,"... my first answer would have to be
How Long is Now by The Smiths. (Some of you may know it as the theme music for the tv show "Charmed")
Although, I gotta admit, if I was a gay male Transvestite, the ONLY song I'd accept would be "Lola". I LOVE that song.
Anyhow, if you asked me this question in a week, I'd probably come up with a different answer than the song I chose... I choose music by my mood, and there's too many to choose from, for me to really stick with just one song.

You know... while I like my first choice... if I was going on MILF status, I'd have to pic this one:
"Crash into me" by the Dave Matthews Band:
You've got your ball,
You've got your chain
Tied to me tight, tie me up again.
Who's got their claws
In you my friend?
Into your heart I'll beat again
Sweet like candy to my soul
Sweet you rock,
And sweet you roll
Lost for you, I'm so lost for you
Oh, and you come crash into me
And I come into you
And I come into you
In a boy's dream
In a boy's dream
Touch your lips just so I know
In your eyes, love, it glows so
I'm bare-boned and crazy... for you.
Oh, and you come crash into me
Baby, and I come into you
In a boy's dream
In a boy's dream
And if I've gone overboard
Then I'm begging you
To forgive me
In my haste
When I'm holding you so girl,
Close to me
Oh and you come crash into me, yeah
Baby, and I come into you
Hike up your skirt a little more
And show the world to me
Hike up your skirt a little more
And show your world to me
In a boy's dream
In a boy's dream
Oh, I watch you there
Through the window
And I stare at you
You wear nothing, but you
Wear it so well
Tied up and twisted,
The way I'd like to be
For you, for me, come crash into me
Come crash into me, yeah
Crash into me...
Crash into me...
You know, I'm the king of the castle,
You're the dirty rascal, crash into me.
Please crash into me, baby...
Oh, no no no...
Yes, I see the waves
Come and crash into me.
See the waves come and crash into me.
Crash into me.

To each thier own . But G'n'R pulled off 9 to 10 minute songs and kicked ass doing it. Damn shame about November Rain. It originally clocked in at 26 minutes lol.
They made Rose cut it down for the album and he trimmed it ( relunctantly...he got pissed when they did that) to 15 minutes. They made him trim it again and he did it finally to 9 minutes.

And yes, I know "Stairway to Heaven" and "Dazed and Confused" are the two great *long* Zepplin songs... but my favorite is still "Kashmir." :D
Don't say "Freebird" tho---I am so sick of Freebird. My favorite Skynard song is "Gimme Three Steps."
And Rush had some long ones... many long ones. :) *waits for Perry to chime in*
Then there's Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody," a pretty long song.
I once heard a live version of "Train Kept a Rollin'" done by Guns and Roses, where Steven Tyler did a guest cameo---it was long, and it ROCKED. I heard it on the radio tho', and haven't found it in recording (it was a concert broadcast, from Paris, I think).

Nightwish's "Slaying the Dreamer"
. Slaying The Dreamer
I'm a priest for the poorest sacrifice
I'm but a raft in a sea of sorrow and greed
You bathed in my wine
Drank from my cup, mocked my rhyme
Your slit tongues licked my aching wounds
Put a stake through my heart!
And drag me into sunlight
So awake for your greed
As you're slaying the dreamer
Swansong for the Wish of Night
God it hurts, give a name to the pain
Our primrose path to hell is growing weed
Blame me, it's me
Coward, a good-for-nothing scapegoat
Dumb kid, living a dream
Romantic only on paper
Tell me why you took all that was mine!
Stay as you lay - don't lead me astray!
Wake up, mow the weed
You'd be nothing without me
Take my life if you have the heart to die
You bastards tainted my tool
Raped my words, played me a fool
Gather your precious glitter and leave me be
The Great Ones are all dead
And I'm tired, too
I truly hate you all!

Actually, three friends and myself play golf a couple of times a year and a requirement is that you pull up to the clubhouse and exit your car with your own hand-picked theme music playing loud enough that people on the first tee can hear it. Needless to say, they're glad we don't play that much.
