I've been desparately been trying to find this scan of Cyclops obliterating a Sentinal, so I can prove to some of my friend just how Royally they screwed up Cyclops in the movies. Unfortunately I can't seem to be able to turn it up. If anyone could post a link of a scan or something, or any other pages that prove just how competant/powerful Cyclops should be, I'd be greatly appreciative.

This is probably not the one you're thinking of, but it's a cool cover nonetheless. It's also Master Mold, not just any Sentinel.

The movieverse interpretations of the characters are not the same version as the comic book interpretations of the characters, you need to remember that first of all.

Oh I realize that, but look at how well Spiderman and Wolverine get represented compared to what they did to Cyclops :( . Movie Representations can still be true to their comic counterparts.

To be fair, neither Spider-Man or Wolverine were shooting another movie at the time, so there was no limit as to how many days they were available.

Funny.I don't remember Wolverine being a big freaking crybaby in the comics so much........

True but I'm considering Cyclops throughout the entire X Trilogy. Yeah, he did some tight beams on people but you never really get to see him unload on someone/thing blowing a hole in the roof of a train station is one thing, but they specificly stated that he could blow a hole in the side of a mountain and he never exhibited that kind of power. I mean, he was absent for most of X2 and dead for most of X3.

Indeed, but he gets a big solo fight in every movie. Heck more than one per movie even.

The movieverse Piotr was supposed to be bisexual, if I recall correctly.

Colosuss barely got 5 total minutes of screen time throughout the series, much less a personality.

Is this in the new Young Avengers? I'm at work and haven't read it yet, but it's sitting in my car right now. Maybe I'll try to squeeze it into my lunch break. :)
