Should good Old Kord be the new omac

Really wouldn't it be interesting to be Ted brought back((reanimated)) in a more serious manner.I was thinking something robocop esque.I think it would really be interesting to see him get a darker serious side.I was just wondering what everone else thinks of the idea

I think Doiby Dickles should be the new O.M.A.C. The whole point of O.M.A.C., is that ANYONE can become one. He could use a darker side too.

I think it would be a really cool idea!

I never was a huge fan of Blue Beetle, but, I think it would be a cool way to reintro a dead character back into the mix of things. There could be a whole story arc about not being able to take him out of the OMAC shell because it WOULD kill him for good.

With all due respect, that is the worst idea for a comic book I have ever heard in my life. It's the one thing they could do to Ted Kord that would be worse than the godawful Countdown, and that's saying a lot.

Of course, considering what an awful idea it is, I'm sure someone at DC's eyes just lit up reading it.

I am for bringing Ted Kord back to life through reincarnation ala the Egyptian beetle rebirth thing. He was snuffed to make an event comic seem meaningful and "mature". He was cannon fodder.

It's not going to happen with the bunch running dc at the moment though.
