I believe it is Captain Marvel, Billy Batson, or rather who he has now become in the wake of Shazam's death, Junior gets a promotion and wears the old Red suit, and he has become this other character.

This is not my theory, it's one I've been told and has been floating around on the internet.

I like the new costume, but I guess it kinda' sucks if the Big Cheese is stuck in his giant rock all the time as the new wizard.

How does this Marvel's costume resemble anything KKK-related anyway? Because he has a hood? Plenty of super-heroes have worn hoods. The Spectre and Hourman are just two.
