I figured you guys were pretty knowledgeable, so I'm asking these questions here after doing tons of Google searches.
1) How far can a man walk in a day's journey?
2) How far can a man walk in a day's journey, carrying baggage for a long trip, in a mountainous area?
3) Is this speed lessened if there are more people with him?
3) Where they hell can I find answers to questions like these?
Thanks!

Hmm. Well I guess it depends on terrain. And stuff.
The army or maybe the boy scouts probably know this stuff.

Depends on whether they're in a desperate hurry or out to admire the sights, or on a long journey and need to conserve their strength.
When hiking recreationally in the Rocky Mountains, travelling 20km with say 1000m elevation gain is a pretty big day out, especially if you were carrying a heavy pack, but it's doable. You could go further over flatter terrain, but mountain passes in the Rockies will usually mean at least a 500m elevation gain, maybe, on average? But you'd try to stick to valleys where you can. So if you were really fit and carrying a 10kg pack, you could do 30km a day with maybe 500m elevation gain each day. That wouldn't be my idea of a fun trip, personally, but I know masochist adventure racers who hike like that.
And yes you would be slowed down with more people, especially if you were accompanied by less fit people.
You could also check with adventure racers, eg. Eco Challenge (http://www.adventuresportsonline.com/faq-ecochallenge.htm) to find out what kind of ground can be covered when under pressure.

I think it's also important to know if we're dealing with Orcs or Space Marines here.

The reason you can't find the answers on Google is because Google knows
nobody cares about these dumb questions. Obviously, this man needs to
get his values and priorities straight. I've taken the liberty of helping him out.
1) How far can a man walk in a day's journey?
What's with the walking-get a limo and driver.
2) How far can a man walk in a day's journey, carrying baggage for a long trip, in a mountainous area?
Again with the walking-get a Hummer stretch limo and a psychiatrist in case it's emotional baggage.
3) Is this speed lessened if there are more people with him?
No-more is better. Everyone chips in to pay for the driver.
3) Where they hell can I find answers to questions like these?
On the Hellboard, where else?
