She's hot, but judging from the clips on the band's myspace page, she sounds too much like Belinda Carlisle.

Bubble gum doesn't mix well with metal.

Well, anyway, there's 2 things I like about the band.
Too many effects on her voice.

And, a new Amon Amarth cd comming out in Sep. Cool.

I haven't listened to the songs on Edge of Eternity's Myspace yet. That's on my list for today.

I did check out the two song samples I posted this week. I liked both the song from Kaledon and the sample from the new Ten CD.

By the way, I finally listened to the Echoes Of Eternity Myspace page songs. They were decent, but I don't think I'll be picking up the CD from them.

Oh, and the Amon Amarth CD will be released by Metal Blade Records in Europe on September 25th. Germany, Austria and Switzerland get the CD on September 22nd.

I'm really looking forwards to the 9 minute one that Harris solo wrote(For The Greater Good Of God), should be epic as Hell. Bit disapointed that Mcbrain didn't do any writing this time, New Frontier on Dance of Death smoked.

That's not bad. Not as good as some of the old covers, but better than the last one for sure.

I agree. Brave New World was okay, but Dance of Death's cover was horrible.

And a new single is great, except for the fact not one radio station in Cleveland will play it. Especially at over seven minutes long.

Not really a surprise, most radio stations that play anything Iron Maiden play either Run to The Hills or The Number of the Beast.

Actually, WMMS in Cleveland will play four Maiden songs. Add "Flight of Icarus" and "Wasted Years" to your list. But only during "Big Hair Wednesdays" and nothing after Somewhere in Time. Hell, they don't even play "Can I Play with Madness?" and that was released as a single in the US.
