14 or 15 is definitely too low. I can't think of a single one of the kids I coach who are that age who seem even remotely mature enough for sex. Hell, most of the 17 and 18 year olds aren't mature enough either, but certainly not the 14 or 15 year olds. Obviously there are some very mature kids that age who would be ready, but they're the exception, not the rule.

Being smart doesn't make you better than people who are athletic... and having good character is more important than either.
