I kind of look forward more to the unknown. I really thought the F.F. movie was bad and if the same group is working on F.F. 2 I expect a similar film.

not quite....for one reason...there is a different wirter (thank God) Don Payne...Mark Frost wrote the 1st one.....and just b/c the first one was bad dosen't mean the 2nd one will be...typically the later installments are better than the origin films....i.e...Spider-Man 2 was better than Spider-Man...X2: X-Men United was better than X-men...etc...:D

Spider-Man 3 and Fantastic Four 2 will be next summers 2 big movies.....but they will have some competition....Spider-Man will be competing w/ Pirates of the Caribbean 3...both open around the same time...and FF2 will be going head 2 head w/ Transformers....:D

I didn't think pirates 2 came out yet. 3 is really milking it the first movie wasn't that great. I know I wont be running to the theatre to see 2.

Pirates 2 and 3 were shot together and no pirates 2 didnt come out yet...it comes out July 7th (next month)....and pirates 3 comes out may of next summer...

i guess alot of people are hyped over ghost rider......the trailer looks okay...but i dunno...it may be good....i'll probably end up seeing it anyway since it comes out in Feb. and not many good movies come out around that time of year anyway...

i think i made a bit of an mistake......The Incredible Hulk isn't gonna be a sequel...( it's not Hulk 2)...it is going to be a re-do of the 2003 version. They are going to restart the franchise w/ a new movie....

i went with Spider-Man 3 as of all the movies listed it seems to be the safest bet in terms of quality and the previous two films have certainly raised my expectations BUT in all honesty the superhero movie i am most looking forward to is opening on June 28.

Yeah i know....go 2 page one....i corrected myself and said its not a sequel...its a do-over...they are gonna re-start the franchise....im glad they are doing this hopefully it will be better than the first Hulk....:D

I know how much you like F.F. but this is insanity. I even tried to watch first F.F. on dvd again today and I couldnt watch the whole thing. Well I'll go see F.F. 2 but I cant wait till they reveal how the silver surfer was a california surfer that fell into cosmic silver. Cowabunga cosmic dude!!

It's not insanity at all. I thought the first Fantastic Four movie was fun, mostly because it didn't try to take it's self 100% seriously. It also managed to present a very good modern updating of the story. The characters were fairly true to their roots, and it was a nice blending of the 616/Ultimate versions of the characters without going too ultimate and upsetting classic fans. Even the changes to Doom were well done, and pretty much necessary... unless you want to bog the story down with magic and monks. I highly doubt the Silver Surfer will be that large a deviation from the classic interpretation, even if they do go more Ultimate-like for Galactus. :)

The inly upcoming Marvel movies we really have any substantive info about are Ghost Rider (which is finished) and Spider-Man. And we really don't know that much about Spider-Man. It was hard to choose between Spidey 3 and FF 2. I wasn't thrilled with FF1 because it was more down-to-Earth than I think the FF should be, but I hear the sequal will by my kind of FF. But then again, the Spidey movies have been constantly excellent.

Spiderman 2 so whooped Batman's ass in movies. Quality wise yes but most of all story wise. Best Marvel movie ever and only Superman 2 comes close.
