I was interviewed by the L.A. Times about it last week:

Yes, this is the same reporter who interviewed me about American Idol a couple of weeks ago. A co-worker suggested CBR as a place to start, and imagine her surprise when this guy she talked about AI with a couple of weeks prior showed up there, too! heh

Oddly enough, the first I heard that the story had finally gone up was from a link from Blog@Newsarama. Life sure is funny sometimes.

I didn't know you were into American Idol. Have you got a link to that interview?

(Yay Taylor won!! It should have been Chris but I was happy to have anyone other than Cat McPhee)

First, it's "Kat." Second, you and I are going to disagree on her.

As for the interview:

Lois Lane has a kid? Dammit. That was the first Superman spoiler I've heard. I haven't even seen any of the trailers other than the first teaser with the Brando voice-over!

Augie, remember when Rob was on CNN when Spider-Man opened? That's your next gig!

I'm kind of glad I know that one going in. Cushons the blow...

I thought Augie was talking about the first Christopher Reeve Superman film with Lois on the train.

And Augie - Thanks for the link. We don't totally disgree. I think Kat was a far more accomplished singer than Taylor (though maybe not more than Chris), but she know it and I found her performances oozed an arrogance that really irritated me.

Murray - Yeah, I do need to work on that next. Rob is a comic book writer now, though; he doesn't need CNN. heh heh

Dan -- That wasn't me talking about Superman in the article.

As for Kat -- yeah, there was always something about her that made it difficult to root for her personality. I'll grant you that. She went from Hollywood starlet to bimbette teenager from week to week. It was awkward sometimes. But she definitely had the best trained voice.
