Hey, do you really want Ullar to go "Brokeback" on our asses? See what I did there? See? See?
I'll let myself out.
Anyway, Ullar, if you want my advice here it is:
If you like this girl then by all means start flirting with her, but bear the following in mind: NOTHING is permenant at the age of 13.

Ullar -- you may recall how in Shakespeare's The Tempest Prospero makes Ferdinand chop wood?
They are both in either’s powers; but this swift business
I must uneasy make, lest too light winning
Make the prize light.

Miranda and Ferdinand fall in love but Miranda's dad Prospero is worried that because it happened so quickly they won't value their relationship. So he forces Ferdinand to do some wood chopping.
I.e. play hard to get, make sure she values you.

You hear that Wesley? He hasn't read The Tempest! How should we dispose of him?

Just be careful. You ever see Carrie? You might not have telekinetic powers, but you can definitely have pigs blood thrown on you during your fantasy date.

Don't feel bad, Ullar. I'm twice your age and haven't read it either.

Oh man! I just had a flashback to my last year of Secondary School (High School). In my Advanced Higher Physics class, me and my friends had a Barbershop Quartet thing going on when we were supposed to be doing assignments and so forth we'd usually just sing:
"Williaaaaaaaaaam WILLLIAAAAAAAAAAM! WILLIAAAAAAAAAAM WILLLIIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM!
Then we'd follow it up with a "Shatneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer".
Good times.

I understood about 50-75% of this, so clearly I'm too old to provide a worthwhile answer, but...
1) She might like you (in one way or another).
OR
2) She might just be one of those people who REALLY like signing yearbooks. For some folks, it's a vanity thing. I knew a young lady who underlined her name and circled her face wherever they appeared in yearbooks she signed.
