Kazuo Koike at San Diego!!!

Dark Horse Comics is bringing Kazuo Koike the co-creator of Lone Wolf and Cub, Samurai Executioner, Lady Snowblood, Path of the Assassin, and Crying Freeman, to this year's San Diego Comic Con International.



Mr. Koike's trip to San Diego will mark his first ever appearance at an American convention.



Dark Horse has sold more than 1.3 million copies of Koike's manga.

Kazuo Koike: the man wrote The World's Best Comic Book Ever in LONE WOLF AND CUB. I can't wait to see what his schedule looks like. If he happens to do autograph sessions, I'm bringing my hardcover LW&C #1 with me to San Diego.

The first time in three years I can't make it to San Diego and Dark Horse brings in Kazuo Koike :(

Now I really am bummed out.

I need a better job. Preferrably one that requires me to take a trip to San Diego at the same time as Comic-con each year for business.

I know. I think I booked my vacation that weekend. I'll actually be in Siesta Key, FL. Maybe if I'm lucky they'll bring him back next year. :(
