I did it all.
Football 7th-9th grade
Basketball 2nd-10th grade
Baseball 2nd grade-11th grade
Soccer 2nd grade
Track & Field 7th-8th, 11th-12th grade
My senior year I was best in the county in shotput, and 3rd in discus. I was pretty good at football but hated playing it. Baseball I was pretty good until the curve balls started coming, and basketball I was a bench warmer on one of the best teams in the state. Overall, I'd say I was average at a lot of different things. I didn't really dominate any sport.

I used to play quite a bit of soccer back in high school and still do from time to time. I was boxing for three or so years towards the end of high school aswell. Never got to any amateur fights. Was mainly just training, sparring, training, sparring, training.

I have played tennis forever, and then dabbled in pretty much everything else since.

I played basketball through high school, but figured it was time to stop after my third concussion post-college. My skills in roundball would label me 'OK.'
I played Little League baseball, but chose track over baseball in high school. (I was a state champion in the 800-m relay, the only sport I was really good at).
Now I work out regularly, play second base and centerfield on the company softball team and attempt to hit a stationary ball with clubs. People watching me do this might recognize an action that approximates golf.
I played baseball in high-school. No baseball team in college, so I was kinda forced to stop playing. Stupid college...

I'll play tennis when I can find the time and have someone to play with.

I play basketball fairly regularly (or at least in-between injuries). I used to play racquetball, but there's not much in the way of facilities around here, so it's been a while since I've swung a racket.

Baseball (Ages 9-23; pitcher, shortstop, outfield, first base). I played in the men's leagues and was scouted by and tried out for the Chicago Cubs, Detroit Tigers and Milwaukee Brewers for the position of pitcher in 1993-95. I never made the final squads at any level, mostly due to my size (I was only 5'5" at the time; I'm now 5'8", but the average height of a minor and / or major league baseball player is 6'1"). I gave it up in 1995 due to family health concerns.
I also played football in (wide receiver; cornerback and safety - 1/2 season - I quit the team due to discrimination from the coaches against various players), basketball
(1 season - guard.), intramural league floor hockey (3 seasons- wing, goalie), volleyball (3 years undefeated at 36-0), and track & field (2 years - 100M, 200m, 400 X 4 relay, and long jump).
I stopped being physically active in athletics after I gave up baseball in 1995.

Hmmm. I used to love Racquetball, but after my knees started going bad, it put a helluva lot of stress on them.
I also enjoyed volleyball, and tackle football.
In high school, the only "official" sport I participated in was Track: specifically, Shot and Discus. I wasn't that great at shotput, but did well with the discus. (I'm deceptively strong for my size.)
I also used to be decent at pool... but it's been so long, I suck as much as Troy does at it now. We played recently, and pretty much tied on wins. ;)

I was on the track and soccer team when I was in high school.
I don't play sports anymore unless it's for less than 15 minutes at a time, ie kicking the ball around.

I played soccer and softball in high school. I played soccer half of one season in college before I f-ed up my ankle and had to resort to club indoor/outdoor soccer. I'd still play, but I can't seem to find a league that isn't for 9-5 types.
Now I take kickboxing, which I guess is a sport, though I just do it for exercise.

At high school i was on the basketball team, Rugby team, Volleyball team & Softball teams. After leaving School i played Rugby for 8 years (2years 2nd row, 6years Flanker) & American football for 12 (4years middle linebacker 8years defensive end). I studied Tai Chi for about 4 years, I cycle regularly and play a spot of tennis and golf in the summer. I Love sports, but i'm not as active as i used to be on account of tearing both my calf muscles 3 times in one year. (I was also a qualified weapons instructor but i don't really count target shooting as a sport....of course BlairH might disagree with that) I must say that most of my friends who still read comics, the only exercise that they do is passing over the playstation controller or a biffta!

Hah!
We had a guy in our regular group who was a stickler about the rules. In fact, he was a bit of a prick about them. I mean, look, it's Sunday. It's a Muny course. It's PACKED. You hit a ball and lost it 225 yards down the fairway?
Dude, if you head back towards the tee, those guys are going to start hitting balls at you.
So we got to the point that we told him "We're going to go play 'Hit The Ball With an Odd-Shaped Stick'. You want to go?"
He'd get the point.

In school, I was on the wrestling team for three years. And I was on an intramural bowling team for six years.
Outside of school, I also played tennis, volleyball, and racquetball.
These days, I don't play sports at all. However, I do swim, run and lift weights on a very regular basis.

I currently run four to five miles a day, working my way up to 10k, and play basketball in the afternoon a couple of times a week. In high school I ran cross country, but that was about it.

It is one of my great regrets in life that despite my passion for football (or soccer if you must) my ability to kick a ball in a straight line is non existant.
I'll have a kick around from time to time. (actually the last time this happened was on my stag do. You could see the lack of talent on display seeing as the goalkeeper was leaning on the outside of the post, a bottle of red wine in one hand and a roll-up in the other.)
I played cricket for a little while when I was younger, and became quite a good seam bowler, but it must be 15 years since I last played.
I play snooker from time to time, but get bored after a couple of frames.
Nope, no sportsmen in the Hod household.
