I got my comps from Image last night. It included a few books that I guess aren't coming out till next week, but HOLY CRAP! THE WALKING DEAD is intense. Seriously. It's crazy insane. We'll talk more about it next week, I hope. INVINCIBLE is also really cool.

This week's SAVAGE DRAGON is pretty cool, too, with a great Killcat page that still has me chuckling the next day. . .

Have to read FIVE FISTS OF SCIENCE next.

It seems like forever since the last issues of Invincible and The Walking Dead shipped. At least with them showing up in the comp box, us normal folks will get to read them in the next couple of weeks! :)

Although Savage Dragon has fallen to the bottom of my must read list these days, I'm happy to see that Erik has been able to ship issues in 5 straight months.

Yes, Haunted Tank enjoys his current revival because the fans tried their best to screw over Kurt Busiek in an on-line vote and stick him with Tank. (OK, that's a really melodramatic reading of the situation.) In any case, it's funny.

I'm also planning on keeping an eye out for the book Jimmy Gownley did before AMELIA RULES --> SHADES OF GREY has a collection due out this week, too.
