I know that compared to weighty questions such as whether or not Superman had a career as Superboy, or which heroes were there for the formation of the JLA, this is probably not considered an important, must-answer question, but I was still wondering... Has there been a decision made yet as to the new, post-INFINITE CRISIS continuity for Rose & Thorn? Does your mini stand as the character's current continuity, or did Superboy-Prime retcon punch your mini out of continuity, or did yours get somehow folded into the history of the Silver Age version of the character (also seen in the early 90s SUPERMAN books)? Or, has no decision been made as yet as to the post-IC status of the character?
I'd hate to think your interesting reinvisioning of the character would go to the wayside, but I worry this might be the case, especially as DC continues to focus on pseudo-mature sensationalism like supervillan rapists and heroines getting their heads punched off, rather than showing any interest in exploring actual mature themes such as the effects of abuse and trauma.
So, any word you can give on this matter?
